Experience La Quinta like a local in this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. With a king bed, queen bed, and full bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, AC, heating, a washing machine, dryer, garage and more. The three bathrooms offer a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer for convenience.

Relax in the desert in your own private desert retreat in the La Quinta cove. Enjoy your desert escape complete with private pool/spa, Santa Rosa mountain views, a short walk to the park with Pickle Ball and tennis, short walk to Old Town La Quinta-restaurants, bike rentals, a brewery, & boutique shops. Walking distance to hiking trails and golf courses less than a 5 min drive.

Enjoy an outdoor oasis with pool, spa, BBQ, and large open living room and kitchen.

Our full kitchen contains pots and pans, a regular coffee maker, dishes, microwave, oven, dish washer, and a French door refrigerator and freezer (note: does not make ice or water). The kitchen table seats 6 and we have an outdoor table and chairs as well to enjoy dinner or lounging by the pool under the desert stars. The huge outdoor area is enclosed by a wall and contains a pool, spa, lounging area, and a putting green.

The home has AC to keep you cool inside during the summer months in the desert. We also have heating for the cooler winter months.

The living room and all bedrooms have a smart TV. There is Spectrum cable TV in the living room and there is also room for you to bring air mattresses if you so choose. The living room has a large couch to seat all your guests comfortably. Next to the living room is another lounging area with a couch and chairs.

The home offers a washer and dryer (please bring detergent, etc. if you’d like to do laundry during your stay).

Spa heating is included in your stay! If you’d like the pool heated, it is $100/day to heat.

Two dogs are allowed for $100 per pet per stay!

You will have Full, private access to the home and yard with pool and spa. The garage contains the washer and dryer and you may park in it as well if you’d like!

The home has a small interesting feature where in order to turn on hot water for showers, the switch in the garage needs to be switched on for hot water. This is due to the water heater circulator.

RENTER SHALL HOLD OWNER AND MANAGERS HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFIED FROM AND AGAINST ALL LOSS, INJURY, OR DAMAGE OCCURRED WHILE USING, ABUSING, OR MISUSING ANY PART OF THE PREMISES INCLUDING THE POOL. PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM THE POOL UNLESS THERE IS CONSTANT ADULT SUPERVISION. RENTER AGREES NOT TO HOLD OWNERS OR MANAGERS LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, ACCIDENTS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF POOL USE AND FROM OR AGAINST ANY OMISSION, NEGLECT, OR DEFAULT OF RENTER, RENTER’S GUESTS, OR ANY OTHER PERSON INVITED BY THE RENTER OR THEIR GUESTS.
