Skip, a retired Vice President of Commercial Lending, dedicates his full time to managing their 4 vacation rentals and long-term properties in California and Texas. Monica is a former Dental Hygienist and Dental Practice owner. She has embarked on a new career path and discovered a newfound passion for design, art, and decor in our vacation homes. With her expert eye for detail and creativity, she is dedicated to making each home as beautiful and welcoming as possible for our guests. We can't wait for you to experience the unique touches she adds to our properties.

Together, they strive to create unforgettable experiences for their guests. Their love for hospitality is reflected in the little details in their homes and their friendly, approachable demeanor. With the help of professional cleaners and Monica as dedicated hospitality manager, they ensure that their properties are always in top condition, providing their guests with ease and comfort during their stay.

In their free time, Skip and Monica love to explore the great outdoors. They take daily walks on the beach near their home in Huntington Beach, and when they're not working on their vacation homes, they enjoy hiking, rollerblading, and riding their electric beach cruisers. Our property is the perfect location for nature enthusiasts, situated near the stunning Santa Rosa Mountains. Just two blocks away, you'll find the hiking path leading to Fred Wolff Nature Preserve, Bear Creek Trailhead, and the Bear Creek Oasis Trail. For foodies, OldTown village is a short biking distance away, offering a variety of world-class restaurants. Come experience the best of both worlds - nature and cuisine - during your stay with us.

Exploring OldTown is easy and convenient from our location, only a 15-20 minute walk away. Simply head left from the street in front of the house and walk a block and a half to the hiking path. Turn right on the hiking path, and it will lead you straight to OldTown. Plus, the SunBus stop is just a block away for additional transportation options. Enjoy all that OldTown has to offer with ease during your stay with us.

We have wonderful neighbors and we kindly ask our guests to show them respect during their stay. To comply with the city's mandate, we ask that there be no amplified music outside on the patio. The cutoff time for noise on the patio is 10PM, after which we request that guests move inside the house to keep noise levels down. Let's work together to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for everyone.

The property's unique charm is its thoughtfully crafted layout, ideal for one to three couples, with three luxurious king-sized bedrooms. The main bedroom, a quiet retreat, is situated at the front, adjacent to the living room. Across the cottage, past the fully equipped kitchen, the Golf Room and the Cactus Room await, offering privacy and serenity, sharing a convenient full bath.
