This is a vacationers dream with lots of outdoor patios set amongst plush gardens and trees with vineyards bordering on two sides. This 1.8 acre property also has a lighted bocce court, hot and cool tub, two BBQs, etc. Open and spacious floor plan offers lots windows and french doors and a large dining table with an island in full kitchen. Plenty of sleeping and work space options with 2 kings, 2 queens and a sofa bed, plus 3 desks. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets and walks past vineyards and farms in this special rural neighborhood on the west side of Sonoma. Fenced property, kid and dog friendly. Something for everyone - and guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay. We look forward to welcoming you to our vineyard retreat.

Great stay

The house was perfectly located for our group, clean, and Matt was very communicative. We had an issue with hot water which Matt solved quickly. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Beautiful, serene, picture perfect view and ideal setting for the house. The home is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need, and I mean EVERYTHING. Plenty of towels, blankets, cookwares, plates, soap, shampoo, everything! Great location as well, close to town and fabulous resturants. The joy was meeting our host and all the farm residents; we so enjoyed meeting all the ducks, the 3 little piggies, well not so little :), the retired horse and his goat buddies. It was a true delight to be able to spend some time here. We appreciate our host leaving fresh eggs for us, what a treat! We will definitely look to return again.

Check in was easy, Matt was available to help us troubleshoot our entry. A note - none of the glass double doors on the property were able to be locked. Not an issue in the area, but something that can be a little uneasy in the back of your mind. Kitchen is well stocked with everything except for sheet pans, so if you're trying to bake make sure to bring your own! Overall great stay, we had a blast with the hot tub and bocce court.

The french doors do lock by pulling the handle up first then turning the lock. Instructions are included in the house rules and information sheet provided, as we know they can be tricky are not that all that intuitive. Sheet pans are located in the drawer under the wine fridge. I'll consider labeling the drawers in the future.

As advertised This Condo is very clean well equipped unit overlooking the pool with lots of light. A very remote quiet area with lovely Golf course, beautiful new Pickleball Courts each just a block away. The pool was closed for repairs which we were not expecting which limited our activities but this was no fault of the owners. Owners were excellent to work with. We will definitely be returning.

I think you might have confused us with another property during your trip. This is a house on a 1.8 acre property with bocce court, etc. but no golf course.

Your host Matt has been living in Sonoma since 2023 and knows the area exceptionally well, as he is an event producer. He founded Destination Races which founded and operated the popular Napa-to-Sonoma Wine County Half Marathon in July. He currently manages the IPA 10K and the Hallowine Run. Matt is an athlete, a wine, food and beer enthusiast and loves animals.

Sonoma is a special place as its situated in the middle of wine country yet is close to enough to coast as well as cities with airports, San Fancisco, Oakland and Santa Rosa. The house is located to the west of town amongst the vineyards and farms with geat views of the hills and sunsets, yet its close to Sonoma and its central plaza, and plenty of wineries and restaurants.

The house is surrounded by vineyards, lush gardens, multiple patios, and plenty of room to entertain, run around or play games. It has an open floor plan with lots of windows and french doors that guest love. The neighborhood is ideally situated for those who want lots of space and quiet but also want to be close to the action, as downtown Sonoma is only a few minutes away.
