Ariel Dunes II 1408 beautiful beach condo has it all with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and just steps away from the pool and beach! This 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo has an open-floor plan from the living room through the well-equipped kitchen. You will be immediately drawn to the balcony just outside of the living room. The spacious balcony provides a perfect respite for sunrises and sunsets while enjoying coffee or an afternoon relaxing.
The Master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed plus a walk-in shower and tub. Additional balcony access is provided from the master bedroom.
The second guest bedroom has two twin beds and access to the condo’s other full bath. Additional sleeping space is available in the living room as the couch pulls into a queen sleeper sofa. Washer and Dryer available in the condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good, fantastic location to the venue and also to the beach, place was clean plenty of room, only thing that put a slight dampener on it was I paid for a late check out, but apparently all codes reset wether you have a late check out or not so I was locked out of my room for about 30 minutes trying to get back in.

Aerial Dunes II 1408

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd time in AD II since 2023. The previous stay did not have the suggestions 1408 has. The positives are that it has a great view, the floorplan works very well, & it is large enough for 5 adult family members. The A/C worked well (see #3) There are some maintenance issues we'd recommend being addressed. We're just being honest regarding our stay and here are our suggestions:1) The dryer needs the drum or unit replaced. With every single revolution there's a loud "ker-dump" noise from the drum. Given that laundry must be done every day, it quickly became annoying.2)The water-leak system is too sensitive. It shut off the water, due to a "leak" in the guest bath, when there was NO water present and a family member was taking a shower when this occurred.3) A/C unit. The maintenance schedule should clean the condensation pan more frequently Twice, the unit shut itself off because of algae in the pan/line (per maint. guy) and it auto-shuts off to protect itself.4) 4 bath towels are too few for 2 bedrooms and a queen sleeper. It required laundry every day - with the noisy dryer.5) Stove top controls are so worn that you can't see what temp or burner you are using when cooking. Just guess.6) Water pressure was fine except for the guest shower and the kitchen sink. The sink was so low it would not engage the spray option. Oddly, bath sinks had strong water pressure. 7) The couch & loveseat cushions and internal supports were quite worn and were uncomfortable to sit on. It was like sitting in a shallow hole; uncomfortable, but fixable with new furniture.8)The MBR mattress and topper are also worn and were uncomfortable to the point of being sore by the second morning. Replacement recommended.9) Physical desk staff for a 24-floor bldg. with this many units should be required. Calling out 24 hours a day to "wherever" is not grand. Properties with far less units successfully do this.10) Fix elevators. One never worke

Thank you for sharing. Coming out of the busy summer, all units are going through deep cleans and maintenance inspections. We have forwarded your concerns about water pressure to the Homeowners Association for Ariel Dunes II. There is no 24 hr desk for Vacation Rentals. There are no less than 15 rental managers that manage properties on Seascape Resort.

Horrible old mattress

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Facility is nice and apartment was spacious, however the king size mattress was so worn out, it felt like a 20 year old mattress. Washing machine was full of mold/mildew and master bathroom shower had mildew as well. Front door mat was sorry looking, falling apart.
