We’re sorry the mechanical issue at the property negatively impacted your stay. Once we became aware of the A/C problem, our team remained in frequent communication and worked to troubleshoot and resolve it. Our efforts were complicated by your restriction around accessing the property, although members of our team, including our General Manager, did visit the home.
