This one-of-a-kind property is steeped in musical history, having hosted legends like Joan Jett, Hank Williams JR, Hall & Oates, Loverboy, and Reba McEntire. Whether you’re a music enthusiast or simply seeking a serene getaway, this property offers the perfect blend of nostalgia, relaxation, and modern comforts.

The House:
Step into a cozy farmhouse that blends vintage charm with contemporary amenities. The home features:

3 to 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

A spacious deck with patio furniture—perfect for morning coffee while listening to the songs of wildlife.

A private 4-person hot tub to help you unwind after a day of exploring.

Indoor entertainment with a variety of games including board games, NFL Blitz, and PacMan Arcade, a cozy electric fireplace, and a pellet stove for chilly nights.

Mitsubishi Split units for heating and air conditioning.

It was beautiful! Everything you need for a comfortable stay and even had muffins left for us! It was our Raceteam staying while racing at Mid Ohio and everyone loved it. Just one thing - they should indicate upfront there is additional charge for pet. If I would have known that I would have boarded ours since it would have been cheaper and easier (because our pup was in her cage I had to run back & forth from the race track).

65th Borthday Celebration

We enjoyed our stay here. Cute property with a nice view from back porch. Close to where we wanted to be. Owner suggested a place to stop for lunch before check in and we were thrilled with the staff cold beer and good food, at The Local 97. Only suggestions are fans on porch, more lighting and mirrors in each bed room for dressing.

Snow Trails family trip

This property is amazing! Samantha is a great host and got back to me quickly when VRBO didn’t email me check in instructions! The house is so cozy and the hot tub was used everyday, even during the cold and snow falling. Placement on the porch is perfect! Decorations right up our alley and shower heads were fantastic as well! And DJ was out quickly to plow and salt the road after a snowfall! This place is amazing and we hope to come back again! Thanks again Samantha and DJ!

Beautiful Farmhouse

Toasty warm and beautiful property. Love the house sleeping was comfortable great communication with owners. The hot tub was not hot enough so we couldn’t use it but the owner took money off our stay so that was nice. We would’ve loved to use the hot tub.

Overnight Get A Way

The Songbird Farmhouse was a great place to stay. We had dinner reservations at Prohibition at the Caverns and needed a place to stay overnight. We had no problem getting an Uber to take us into Mansfield. The Farmhouse was immaculate and nicely decorated. We loved the muffins that were provided. The kitchens was also stocked with Kurig coffee n cream. My only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer.

Wow! Just awesome!

This place is amazing. Perfect for race weekend or farm getaway for a family. House had everything and property has hot tub, fire pit, even has an amphitheater on the property! House also had a nfl blitz game to pass the time! lol! Can’t recommend this place enough….beautiful setting! 6 mile easy drive to track….

Hidden Gem

I am originally from Bucyrus and for my work i cover a good chunk of central Ohio. That said i have been in the area of tbe VRBO property many times but never would have guessed that something like this exists so close to home. My friends and I rented the home for two nights and the host had the property running like a well oiled machine. Firewood, grill with utensils, 4 muffins waiting on us when we walked in, heater running etc. Whenever we needed anything (pellets for the heater) they were dropped off in minutes. This is a newer VRBO rental but they are killing it already 5/5 stars.

Spring break getaway at the Music House

The rooms were nice. The wood stove and fireplace was cozy. Nice and quiet. The hot tub was relaxing. Arcade football game for kids. Close to Mansfield destinations. The kids had a fun time.

We love how it all sits back off the road and its very private! You will potentially see farmer's bailing hay, 4 wheelers running around, and our family mowing and working on projects on the property, but you will still have your own space and privacy.

Everything about this property is unique. Ponds, trails in the woods, and amphitheater, privacy. Close to many things but also private. We have guests that spend all of their time outside, and we have guests that feel they don't even need to leave the house! It's all up to you!
