The Greenhouse is a fully updated 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome in Buena Park -- a comfortable, well-equipped home base for families and groups exploring Orange County and greater Los Angeles. Everything has been upgraded: the kitchen, the bedrooms, the appliances, the AC system, and the outdoor spaces. You are not walking into a tired rental. Pets welcome. One pet maximum, 50 lbs or under. A $200 pet fee applies per stay and covers professional carpet cleaning after each visit.

FIFA WORLD CUP 2026
The Greenhouse is 38 miles from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, which hosts 8 matches including the USMNT opener on June 12 against Paraguay and a second group stage match on June 25. The USMNT`s official training base is Great Park Championship Soccer Stadium in Irvine, 20 minutes away. The Buena Park Metrolink Station is a 7-minute drive, with connecting service to LA Union Station and LA Metro`s expanded World Cup shuttle to the stadium. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Four bedrooms, each with a queen-size memory foam mattress, 6-speed ultra-quiet ceiling fan with remote-controlled LED lighting, and blackout curtains. Two and a half bathrooms with Kingston Brass faucets, modern fixtures, plush towels, toiletries, and hair dryers.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen was fully upgraded in 2024 with a KitchenAid baker`s oven, Bosch dishwasher, Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator, and high-heat 5-burner cooktop. Fully stocked coffee station with Keurig, French press, and pour-over options. Formal dining table seats 6; breakfast table seats 4.

LIVING AREAS
Spacious living room with smart TV and comfortable seating. Bonus room with dedicated desk and high-speed WiFi -- works well as a workspace or a quieter place to unwind away from the main living area.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Two private patios: a sunlit front patio and a covered back patio with seating. Ralph B. Clark Regional Park is a 15-minute walk with trails, open space, and picnic areas. Dog-friendly.

Nest thermostat controlling a 2024 variable-speed central AC/heat system. Smart lock on front door with a unique code provided before arrival. 2024 GE washer and dryer. High-speed 1GB internet. Covered private parking (left-side carport space). Street parking also available nearby.
