BRAND NEW 2BR 2 full bath apartment with 2 king beds. offers exceptional comfort and style. Featuring large walk-in closets, it’s ideal for families, business travelers, or couples. The open-concept living area includes a dedicated desk for remote work. Step onto the private patio to relax in the fresh air. Other highlights: a full-size washer/dryer, high-speed internet, and sleek bathrooms with luxury finishes. Community has pool with sundeck, pickleball courts, pool table, & a dog park
***Note*** As part of our rental/service agreement, we require a refundable security deposit of $150. This deposit serves as a safeguard for any potential damages or breaches of terms during your stay/engagement with us. It will be returned to you after your stay if there are no damages.
Note: Please inform us immediately if any amenities are not working during your check-in day, especially before the weekend, so we can assist you right away. Our maintenance team is available Monday through Friday during business hours and is unavailable on weekends.
**Guest Access
Use of Common Amenities:
Please observed discipline and respect at all times when using the common amenities to not inconvenience others.
*Unauthorized access ore no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100/[per person per day.
*Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150
*Only registered guest can use the amenities.
No outsiders and visitors are allowed.
*Amenities are not for commercial use.
A flat pet fee of $100 per stay applies, with a max of 2 pets allowed.
Unapproved late checkout or unapproved early check in will result in a charge of $100 per hour after or before the scheduled checkout or check in time, respectively.
Please note: If you're bringing a pet, there is a $100 pet fee.
Smoking - Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot or within 50ft of the property is STRICTLY prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500.
UnAuthorized Pet - Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized. A fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Please note that pets are welcome, but must be declared on the reservation.
Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors present.
MISSING PROPERTY ITEMS:
Any items that are lost or inadvertently removed from the unit after your check-out time will be deemed lost, and a reimbursement request will be made for any missing items. There are no exceptions to this rule; you are responsible for any lost or damaged property during your reservation.
Building Security & Access Policy
To ensure a secure environment for all guests, please do not allow anyone into the building who does not have their own means of entry. Every guest or visitor must buzz themselves in using their personal access method—whether through the buzzer system, QR code, or the app provided.
Important:
• First Violation: You will receive a formal warning.
• Second Violation: Your reservation will be cancelled without a refund. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this policy.
**Guests MUST let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay or reservation will be cancelled. No exceptions, no refunds**
Per the listing and ownership rules, quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. Repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens FOB Keys, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00.
For certain guests, we may require an ID to be uploaded or presented during check in, at our sole discretion.

Rule: Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras.
Enforcement:
First offense: A warning will be issued.
Second offense: Reservation will be canceled without a refund.
Purpose:
To protect the safety and security of the property.
