The open-concept living area includes a dedicated desk for remote work. Step onto the private patio to relax in the fresh air. ***Note*** As part of our rental/service agreement, we require a refundable security deposit of $150. This deposit serves as a safeguard for any potential damages or breaches of terms during your stay/engagement with us. It will be returned to you after your stay if there are no damages.

Use of Common Amenities:
Please observed discipline and respect at all times when using the common amenities to not inconvenience others.
*Unauthorized access ore no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100/[per person per day.
*Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150
*Only registered guest can use the amenities.
No outsiders and visitors are allowed.
*Amenities are not for commercial use.
Please note that this unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator
All guests are screened using our third-party partner, Authenticate. In order to abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal, pay a security deposit and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
**Note** The information is collected for security and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Note: Tampering with noise detectors or cameras (including removing them from their mounts) is strictly prohibited. A $150 violation fee will apply.
In case your preferred dates are already taken, or you are traveling in a larger group, please check our profile as we offer more listings in the city.
Note: Please inform us immediately if any amenities are not working during your check-in day, especially before the weekend, so we can assist you right away. Our maintenance team is available Monday through Friday during business hours and is unavailable on weekends.
- A flat pet fee of $100 per stay applies, with a max of 2 pets allowed.
🐾 We welcome service and emotional support animals. Please note a one-time $100 Animal cleaning fee applies to all stays involving animals to ensure the unit remains clean for all guests.
🔇 Noise Policy: We use a smart noise monitoring device (does not record audio) to help ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. A sustained noise level above 75 decibels for 20+ minutes, or any verified noise complaint from a neighbor or building staff, will result in a $250 violation fee.

Unauthorized Pet - Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized. A fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Please note that pets are welcome, but must be declared on the reservation.
Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors present.
MISSING PROPERTY ITEMS:
Any items that are lost or inadvertently removed from the unit after your check-out time will be deemed lost, and a reimbursement request will be made for any missing items. There are no exceptions to this rule; you are responsible for any lost or damaged property during your reservation.

To ensure a secure environment for all guests, please do not allow anyone into the building who does not have their own means of entry. Every guest or visitor must buzz themselves in using their personal access method—whether through the buzzer system, QR code, or the app provided.

Per the listing and ownership rules, quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. Repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
Moving of furniture isn`t allowed -especially on the balcony. Violation of this will result in a $100 fine.
For certain guests, we may require an ID to be uploaded or presented during check in, at our sole discretion.
