This unit is the nicest unit in the complex. We have stayed at this complex probably 8 or 9 times and this is by far the best. Ellen is extremely easy to work with and very accommodating!

Had a great vacation. Property was very nice and not too far from beach (walkable). Lots of room for family members of all ages and everything was well organized and labeled. Very good communication with host and easy check-in process.

Great vacation

Communication with the owner was very prompt-right after booking to confirm and then she reached out a week before to go over everything and answer any questions. Early check in was a great perk, and when we arrived the townhome was really clean and very inviting with up-to-date decor. It’s a great location and perfect for a vacation with our multi-generational family. Thank you!

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Everything you could need and then some. We really enjoyed going to see Cape May. And, we enjoyed staying all together and playing charades and other games and doing puzzles on the not so great weather days.

Wonderful family vacation

Every year, I take my 2 kids and their kids on vacation. This was our first year at Wildwood, and the property was beautiful and clean. Ellen was a wonderful host who not only rented a the home but provided valuable information on the area. She’s a pleasure deal with and the house is spectacular.

The unit was very clean and gave plenty of room for my family to enjoy their stay and not feeling like we were on top of eachother. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Perfect view of the fireworks on Friday nights. Perfect location, just steps from the pool, which was nice walking the kids only a few feet to the pool.

A wonderful week!

Our 3 generation family had a wonderful week at Ellen’s beautiful home. Home is beautifully decorated, very clean, and close to the center of the boardwalk and many restaurants. Well equipped kitchen as well as games and books. High end appliances and fixtures throughout. You can’t go wrong here

Amazing beach rental home!

This townhome is large, well maintained and has everything you could want or need while on a bech vacation! We had family between ages of 5 months & 68 years old and everyone had a blast! Great pool, nice walk to beach / boardwalk, games for all ages and the owner, Ellen was a joy to deal with. Cannot say enough positive about our entire experience! We are planning to rent her same home again next year! Superb find!

Family beach vacation

Our beach vacation to Wildwood was perfect and staying in this gorgeous home was one of the reasons it was a perfect vacation. The town house is beautifully decorated, spacious, yet has a cozy warm feeling. Having a pool right outside your door is a plus. You cannot go wrong renting this home for your vacation. You have all the amenities you need! If vacationing in Wildwood again would definitely want to stay here! The host is also very personable, easy to work with and thinks of everything to make your stay enjoyable and effortless.

Excellent communication with Ellen.

Host was attentive before we even arrived. She was very informative. The house was perfect. We stayed with 6 adults, 2 college kids and 2 small kids for a family reunion in town. We all felt comfortable and relaxed. There was enough space to visit and enough places to get some quiet time when necessary. Everyone had a great time and commented about how beautiful and clean the place was.

excellent home and communication

The property owner Ellen was absolutely amazing. She set up multiple calls to share more information about her home and the area. She was a great resources and very attentive to our needs. The property itself was gorgeous. The interior design was perfect for a beach house. Having the pool right outside our door was so convenient! Everything about this home was lovely. Highly recommend both for a group of adults or families with kids.

All in All: Good

The townhome had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The only cons were the lack of linens which is clearly stated in the listing but still an inconvenience and it could have used a more detailed cleaning (ie. Under the couches, the rubber gasket of washing machine). The listing states the garage can hold two cars but my party had two SUVs so only one car parked was able to fit while the other parked on the street.

Amazing property and owner

This property is more amazing than the actual listing. Extremely clean, organized, ample amount of dish-ware, pots, pans, etc. Owner has everything labeled for your convenience. I mean EVERYTHING. Garage was stocked with beach chairs, beach cart, boogie boards, etc. Beds were soooo comfortable. There really is no detail that the owner did not pay attention to. Property is right next to the pool which is very convenient. Property was decorated so nice, not like other rentals. Only complaint I would have is we did not stay longer.

Beautiful home for the perfect beach vacation!

We had a spectacular stay at this beautiful home in a great location! The space was gorgeous and the home was spotless upon arrival. It’s apparent great pride has been taken in appointing and caring for this home. The owner was extremely communicative and contactless check-in was a breeze! Speaking of breezes, the two balconies were a perfect setting to feel the sun and air, and listen to the seagulls. We had such a relaxing time in this quiet setting – a lovely fireplace made large living room quite cozy. It was just a short walk to restaurants, shops and the boardwalk. If you prefer to stay in, the kitchen was well-stocked with essentials which made for great home cooking experiences. We often used the large dining room table for family dinners. We could not ask for a better time and we’re excited to book again soon!

We are a family of 6 who have been coming to the Wildwoods for about 17 years. We previously visited Wildwood regularly, but due to our crazy lives with 4 children have missed many years of Wildwood fun. Now that the kids are getting older, we realized how much we missed making new memories and hope to share our home with other families to create wonderful vacations and memories for themselves to cherish throughout the years!

We love that this is a townhome and at appoximately 23500 square feet, there is plenty of room to spread out. The fact that it has THREE balconies and a porch at the front door is wonderful....if Parents need some time alone, you have a PRIVATE large balcony off the Master bedroom. We also loved that there was a SECOND balcony off the Living Room area. And the third bedroom has a smaller balcony perfect to sit and read a book, or watch the Friday night fireworks!

We also really love the POOL....some days when we don't feel like spending all that money on the beach and boards, we just hang at the HUGE pool and grill on one of grills and enjoy a fun days by the pool. The kids also having ice cream and swimming at night (pool closes 8pm).

The next part is the gated courtyard....wait until you arrive you will see what we mean....there is nowhere else in Wildwood where you have this type of beautiful grounds, and they do such an excellent job with the lanscaping, it's beautiful!

This townhome feels like vacation HOME. We were tired of small condos where we had to park in HUGE parking garages, drag our stuff thru lobby's and up elevators just to get to the unit, all while trying to hold on to several of the little ones hands so they don't get loose in the parking lot.

FOUR kids....(3 of which are girls).....3.5 BATHROOMS....need I say more?
