A Main House with 3 spacious bedrooms, a 1 Bed Casita with separate cozy living room/pullout couch & kitchen & bath and finally a 2 Bed Open plan Casita which includes a rooftop sun patio.

The Space:
Casa KEFI is a THREE building villa on a large 8350sf private property in a GATED community (Enclave - HOA) boasting an exquisite 6 bedroom /6 bath (5 ensuites) luxury jungle oasis. Situated less than 5 minutes by car away from the vibrant downtown area and beaches, this home is close to everything from beach clubs, local boutiques, museums, designer shops, art galleries, Mayan ruins and award-winning restaurants.
Our villa is named after the Greek word, KEFI - which is the spirit of joy, enthusiasm, high spirits and frenzy, in which good times and passion for life are expressed with abundance of excitement, happiness and fun. This jungle oasis is a modern concrete and steel masterpiece. Thoughtfully designed to allow all guests their own individual spaces to relax and unwind (3 separate buildings) while at the same time entertaining in mind with lots of fun spaces (outdoor pool, bar, sundeck), this home was built to host retreats, groups, parties or your next special event!
Sleeping arrangements are as follows:
MAIN House:

CASITA 1
- 1 loft upstairs bedroom with a Queen bed and bathroom

Neighboring Home:
- For LARGE Groups and weddings etc, we also have another home in Tulum Enclave HOA( 200 ft away) - Casa W - a luxurious boutique 8 bedroom sanctuary villa that sleeps up to 16. So between both villas we can sleep 42 guests over 14 bedrooms, and host events, wedding, yoga and corporate retreat, and family reunions.
Enclave HOA
- The villa is in gated community called Enclave which has eight beautiful homes. As a result, we ask that our guests to respect our neighbors by not having loud outside noise after 11pm.
Private Chef
- the home has a private chef dedicated to you during your entire stay. Please enquire about details - menus, cost of services (breakfast, lunch and dinner) - which are primarily grocery costs plus small service fees.

⭑ Our concierge service will be in touch and assist with the reservation once booked to ensure a seamless experience!
Pool:
⭑ Anyone under 18 needs an adult present while swimming or near the pool for safety.
⭑ No diving and no glass near the pool - we supply plastic wine glasses and cups so this isn't needed. :)
⭑ All guests will take full liability and responsibility for their own and their guests’ safety.
⭑ Pool service is every Tuesday and Friday. They will let themselves in.
Gardener:
⭑ Gardening service is once a week. Again they will let themselves in.
HOA:
The unit is in an HOA (Enclave) with 11 properties - it's safe and secure. :)

Electricity:
⭑ Electricity in Tulum town is provided by CFE. Though it is rare, it has happened that they cut electricity without notice. This circumstance is beyond our control. We will always be available to call CFE if their service fails, although we cannot be held responsible.
