The White Rabbit Cottage. Tranquility, Serenity and Beauty all in one Houseboat

The White Rabbit Cottage is a serene and beautiful 55-foot houseboat with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. 880 feet. Recently remodeled, it features new floors, appliances, granite countertops, furniture, AC/heat unit, and smart TVs. Ceiling fans in living room, primary bedroom and screened porch. The fully stocked kitchen and WiFi make it ideal for families. The large screen porch offers stunning views of the marina and Flint River. Located at The Bainbridge Marina and Scooter's RV park, guests have access to a gated marina, store, restaurant, laundry facility, and restrooms. Nearby historic downtown Bainbridge offers restaurants, shopping, and a downtown square, while grocery stores and Walmart are less than 10 minutes away.
We love our fur babies. We are pet friendly- up to 2 dogs under 20lbs. No cats. Additional cleaning fee applied if with pets. The normal cleaning fee is $100 per stay and the pet fee is $50 per stay. We have a very strict no smoking policy on the house. This includes outside on the screened porch. You are welcome to smoke on the walkways, but not in the house or porch. We have cigarette smoke and vaping detectors in the house that sent us text notifications if it is detected. If we receive one of these tags, you will be immediately asked to leave, and you will lose your deposit and there will be no refund. There will also be a $200 deep cleaning fee to rid the house of cigarette smoke. There are two exterior cameras covering the walkway. These are for everyone’s safety. Please do not tamper with them. If you do your reservation will be immediately canceled, you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund.
