It is very cozy and warm a little hotel.
It has TV, free wi-fi, Microwave oven,hair dryer,
this is two beds room. one of the room has singer beds , other room has a double bed. can stay 6 pp.
It takes only 5 -6 minutes to walk to the 椎名町 station. There is only one stop away from the business district "ikebukuro" .and There are many commercial streets along the way,as well as local snacks.

We are very sorry！this room is not wheelchair accessible as it does not have the necessary facilities and equipment.

Loved this place. Very clean. My family of three felt at home and enjoyed the efficient set up of bathroom/shower separate from toilet (one person can shower, the other does his business) and washing machine spin dryer combo. It felt odd to hang clothes out to dry but the locals live like that. Short walk from subway and about 30mins ride to downtown areas like Shinjuku. Very convenient.The kitchen was adequately equiped for simple meals like ramen. Momoe was fast in responding on vrbo chat (with translation built in), and she came the first day to show us how things worked (her English is limited but we managed). Recommemded and would stay again if we return to Tokyo.Tip for visitors: get the Welcome Suica for the subway so you don't pay deposit fee. Also, the subway "JR lines" includes JA line, JY and some others. You may need to follow JR lines first before signs change to JA.

Nice quiet neighborhood rental

The opportunity to stay in a small neighborhood and experience the local atmosphere was a treat. We found several nice restaurants and a craft beer stand. The rental was perfect for my son and I.

Wonderful and hospitable stay!

Momoe has a darling little apartment In a very pleasant neighborhood in Ikebukuro area that slept all five of us comfortably. She had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her communication was excellent and we never had any trouble.

A perfect place to stay

We loved our stay here in the Ikebukuro area. It was close to two different stations and not too far from the city, providing us with a peaceful time in a place that felt like home. Momoesan was very responsive and left plenty of information for us to not feel like we couldn't navigate the bath, WiFi, and even local area. I would stay here again!

Wonderful

This property was wonderful for what we were doing in Japan. It has plenty of room for all of us and was very close to a train station so we could go to wherever we needed very easily from this location. The property manager was very kind and communicative the entire time before and during our stay as well. We are even considering using this place for a future trip. Cannot recommend it enough!

Convenient and tidy

A quiet place easily accessible from 2 train stations. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. We had 2 adults stay for one week, it would be a bit crowded for more than 2 or 3 people. Clean and tidy, a great way to experience daily life in Tokyo.

Quaint apartment in Tokyo

We had a lovely time in Tokyo. Momoe's apartment is conveniently located to subway lines and shopping for essentials. The kitchen had most everything we needed. She also supplied shampoo, conditioner, soap, and laundry detergent. Momoe was great about communicating with us and wanted our stay to be nice. Thanks, Momoe. We would love to visit again sometime.

Small accommodation but moderately comfortable

Host was very friendly and was prompt with communication. Overall accommodation was smaller than it appeared in the listing. We were a group of 6 but I would say this stay is better suited for a group of 3 max. Overall a nice stay though!

Amazing and Relaxing Location

We loved the neighborhood where the property is located. There were tons of stores like Lawson, 7/11, Family Mart and Daiso. There was also a ton of restaurants. It's just a 10 minute walk to the metro station. The property had a kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Each room had an ac unit which made it very comfortable for us. The neighborhood is also very quiet which made it easy to relax at night.

Quiet and clean apartment in great neighborhood

The property is advertised as having a washer & dryer, but it is not a Western dryer that blows heated air. There are 2 laundromats within 300 meters, so we just used one of them. Everything else was lovely and worked just fine. The place is convenient to transit, and a short Uber ride to major stations if you get tired of walking. The host had clear instructions and was very responsive to questions. And the vending machine outside the building was a lifesaver on more than one occasion.

Wonderful Host and Property

When we go on vacation we always want more than just a hotel experience. We chose this location because it was in a neighborhood. We were hoping to be surrounded by Japanese culture and to our luck we definitely were. The location is very conveniently located a short walk from Shiinamachi station. This station easily reaches Ikebukuro station less than 5 minutes away which connects you to basically anywhere. Also in the neighborhood are plenty of places to eat like a local as well. There’s also a Pizza Hut and a Mos Burger (essentially a Japanese McDonalds) for those who want that too. There’s a few convenience stores to grab some stuff quickly as well as a decent sized grocery store for anything else you could need. Quiet but still brimming with locals off to school and work and riding bikes. Quite charming there. Lots of shy but friendly faces. Very safe! As for the apartment. It was clean and well maintained. It was small for the 5 of us (mom, dad, and 3 teen boys) but we expected it to be and it added to the adventure. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed to make meals when necessary. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was pretty cool and the shower pressure was awesome after long days. There’s a vending machine right outside too which was also very convenient. Momoe was the sweetest host. She checked in on us often, gave us a darling gift and even offered me an extra bag to take home our many souvenirs! She definitely went above and beyond!!
