18 steps

I'm not sure where my first review went. The picture of the rental is accurate however it does not depict a mattress that pretty much is on the floor. The floor is very wavy making you feel unsteady. The couch was also low and hard as a rock. The smith river behind the house is barely visibleThe worst part is the entry. Nowhere does it mention there are 18 steep steps to entry. The apt building is surrounded by a huge green construction dumpster, a church located in a modular house and active train tracks across the street. There really is nothing in Bassett I would NOT recommend this place to anyone w a mobility issue

David, I am very sorry you did not have a good experience at the flat. The description clearly states it is on the 2nd floor as does the pictures showing the stairs up to the unit. You are the first to complain about the bed, most reviews talk about how comfortable it is but I can understand if you have mobility issues and did not review the pics before booking, how this could be a problem. We strive to make our guest happy and comfortable, but we can’t do anything to help if we are not aware there are any issues until we get a negative review. We will use this feedback to try and make the stay better for the next person though. Thanks!
