Located on the first floor on the banks of the Pemigewasset River this charming 2-bed with 1 queen, 1 queen with full over bunk, 1 king, 2-bath condo offers a spacious, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area ideal for spending quality time with friends and family. Whether you’re gathering around the fireplace or enjoying meals together, this condo is designed for comfort and connection.

Deer Park features many amenities all available to renters; pool, hot tub, ice skating, gym, fire pit, BBQ, and pickleball courts. Minutes to Loon Mtn, Ice Castles, Clarks Trading Post, Whale's Tale Water Park, and many more attractions.

Family ski trip

The house was perfect! Location was excellent, the house was clean and the hosts left some wonderful extras like travel shampoo/conditioner and lotion in the bathrooms in case we forgot anything. Instructions for leaving the property were clear and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again!

Moose Crossing Getaway!

The Shea’s were amazing hosts quick responses and very organized resources for the property. The rental space was beyond cozy/beautifully decorated with everything you might need for a getaway in the mountains! The space is warm, clean, and so inviting to curl up with a warm coffee/hot coco after a day in the snow. We have stayed at Deer Park in the past and love the pool/rec center amenities.We would highly recommend this rental to anyone. Thank you so much-The Morse Family
