This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sits right on the Pemigewasset River is just minutes from Loon Mountain and the scenic Kancamagus Highway.

Located on the first floor, this family-friendly condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds (one with a full-over-bunk). It features mini splits A/C and heat, a cozy fireplace (wood provided), and a spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area—perfect for reconnecting after a day of snowshoeing, hiking, or skiing.

Outdoor footwear: Whenever possible, please remove snow boots, ski boots, and outdoor shoes and leave them in the mudroom using the provided mats.

Family ski trip

The house was perfect! Location was excellent, the house was clean and the hosts left some wonderful extras like travel shampoo/conditioner and lotion in the bathrooms in case we forgot anything. Instructions for leaving the property were clear and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at Deer Park for many years. This property was one of the best. The split units in each room were a huge asset due to the temps the first few days. Communication with the owner was probably the best I have ever had. Within minutes of my question, I had a reply. Our family would definitely stay in this unit again.

Moose Crossing Getaway!

The Shea’s were amazing hosts quick responses and very organized resources for the property. The rental space was beyond cozy/beautifully decorated with everything you might need for a getaway in the mountains! The space is warm, clean, and so inviting to curl up with a warm coffee/hot coco after a day in the snow. We have stayed at Deer Park in the past and love the pool/rec center amenities.We would highly recommend this rental to anyone. Thank you so much-The Morse Family

Our family had an amazing stay at this wonderful condo in deer park. It was immaculate when we arrived and stocked with everything we would need for our stay. The air conditioning system was new and quiet and kept us cool when we weren't sitting with the screen door open listening to the sounds of the river right behind the Unit. The views are amazing and our host Jessica was super friendly and attentive to our needs and we couldn't have had a better stay...I would give it more stars if I could. I can't even make any recommendations as Jessica had everything covered and well organized and detailed. We would love to rent this unit again in the near future!

Jessica is a gracious host who is very responsive and the condo was perfect for our ski getaway. Having the rec center for some hot tub time and games was an amazing bonus. Hope to come back sometime!
