Thank you for your interest in our home!
Your Fountain Hills retreat contains a Main House & Guest Suite.
The main house features two living spaces (family room + living room) and includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
The guest suite features an open-concept floor plan and has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, as well as a dining, living area, and outdoor terrace.
Guest may access all spaces of the main house and the guest house. Access to the home's garage spaces is not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.
If you are traveling into town between October and May, we highly recommend using our pool heating service if usage of the pool is desired during your stay. Spa heating is included with your stay, however, guests must notify us 48 hours prior to check in so the host can arrange spa heating.
If pool heating is desired for your stay, guests must notify us 72 hours prior to check in.
