Relax and enjoy the peace & tranquility of your own pool, fire table, hot tub, yard games & covered patio. Close to the famous Fountain, dining, golf, bike trails, hikes & shops. Dining inside or out under the café lights or viewing the milky way from the cozy firepit & hot tub. Fountain Hills is considered a dark sky community so stargazing is ideal. Primary features king pillowtop bed, easy access to hot tub or soak in private jetted tub. 2 other private guest rooms. 2 car garage. Pool can be heated with 2 day notice and min 3 days of heat for additional $40 per night booked. If requested/paid Heated pool in Spring will be 82-84 degrees. Winter depends on how cold it gets over night, 75 if cover is replaced each night.

The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.

You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.

The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and by the Fountain Town Code. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.

The property was very clean and nice. It included everything for a fun weekend. We ended up having to extend our stay by one day and they made it super easy. They got cakes, candles, a banner and balloons for my son and husband's birthdays. It was above and beyond. The pool was very clean, and the kids enjoyed it. Overall it was a great stay.

This house is an AMAZING!!!!! So amazing that this was our second time we were coming out to Arizona and we loved staying at this place the first time, so we booked it again for this trip as well. It is SO RELAXING and PEACEFUL staying here!!!! Even though we were only guests for a short time, the house is so perfect……it feels like a home!!!!! Amy is such a GREAT host!!!!!! Her communication and helpfulness just adds to the experience of staying here and dealing with such “good people”!!!!! Can’t recommend it enough!!!!!!

Property was as pictured and described. Backyard felt even more private than anticipated. Easy and constant communication from owner. Property was clean and well stocked with any item you would need! Fantastic Getaway

We spent the Thanksgiving week here and had a great time soaking up the warm weather and enjoying the heated pool and hot tub. The house was as advertised and was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

Great Getaway!

This was the perfect spot for me and my husband to have a little getaway at! The pool is perfect and the house was spotless! Would definitely come back! Communication with the host was great as well.

Great house! Great host!

Very cute place to hang our hats for our extended stay. The host is amazing!! The area has lots to do and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for having us into your home. We had one week with a long time best friends couple and finished off the second week with five days spent with daughter, son-in-law and three grandkids. The house was perfect for those situations. We enjoyed the well stocked game cupboard, pool, toys, deep pool for three-dimensional grandkid play, a bottle of wine, wine glasses for several wine categories, a few things that you had that we thought we didn’t need, air fryer, and much more. Certainly helped make it our best AZ vacation!

Perfect Arizona Getaway

We stayed in this lovely Fountain Hills home as part of spring break. The amenities, particularly the pool and hot tub, were a huge bonus and a total hit with our kids. The host was outstanding, and we didn’t have any problems. Plus, the Fountain Hills area had enough to keep us busy without going to Phoenix.

Loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in this home! The kitchen was insanely well stocked with anything you need (and more) as well as all the pool accessories, games, Bluetooth speaker, to-go cups, I mean literally anything we needed we had! The only surprise to me was that there was only one shower for the entire house, but with four guests we made it work! The pool was beautiful and we just had the best time! Would book again!

We have been married for 20 years, have 3 amazing kids and 1 grandbaby! We have always enjoyed the warm weather and easy getaway to Arizona. Once we found Fountain Hills we knew it was the place to be. It's a home away from home, quiet yet close to everything.

Dave and I searched for the perfect location to have a relaxing getaway, enjoy local attractions, be close to the airport and have a safe and comfortable place to stay. We fell in love with Fountain Hills, we hope you do too. The dark sky community, amazing food and the Fountain are our favorite things. We are also happy to know there are so many attractions both relaxing and for fitness.
