Newly remodeled, clean and a great central location. Some construction from nearby high-rise building but other than that, would definitely stay again!

We have rented this 22 twice and from year to year, everything remains in great condition. Noteworthy is the attention to details and the extra household supplies on hand that help to make this a standout rental.

Perfect location! Our 10-month-old little girl loved the park across the street. There were great breweries just two blocks away, and the zoo was right down the street.The home was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a 5-night stay. We will definitely be coming back!

High end comfort in a great location! Construction and traffic noise was somewhat annoying but you couldn’t hear it inside this very comfortable space! Check in was easy and owner was responsive. Location was great with a park across the street for dog walks but close to everything downtown! We would love to stay here again!

A Very Nice Remodeled Home

We stayed a week in this beautiful home in the upscale Bankers Hill neighborhood. Perfect July weather, across from Balboa Park where you can walk for hours burning off those vacation calories.

Park View Fun

Two active seniors with elderly mobility challenged family members and a large dog enjoyed a long weekend in this beautiful, sunny apartment. Luxurious bedding, comfortable seating and huge tv's added to the stay. This place faces Balboa Park across an active street, and the Sixth Street Playground.

Great location near Balboa Park and restaurants. BUT there is ongoing construction in the area and the office is above the unit. This means a 6 a.m. wakeup Monday -Saturday. This also means that the construction workers parked their pickup trucks in our spot everyday so we parked in a different spot. Also the exit was under construction so getting out involved backing our car past the construction trucks which was easy if they parked correctly. Once that is done this will be a good place to stay.The unit was very comfortable. It doesn't have a toaster or coffee pot (only a Keurig). Also the washer seemed to only use hot water even when set to cold wash. Don't think the cold water is hooked up.Michael was responsive when the code to get in didn't work upon check in. Once resolved we had no issues.All said I would stay here again after construction is finished.
