Important Information

- Oceanfront 1-bedroom on the sixth floor with a private balcony.

- Located in the District of Entertainment.

- Accommodates up to six guests with two beds and one Murphy bed (sheets and towels included).

- Recently renovated with an LCD TV and a full kitchen.

- Free WiFi and onsite parking.

- Enjoy indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy rivers.

Note: Trailer parking is not permitted onsite; trailers can be parked in the gravel overflow area for $10 per night.



The Space:

Upon your arrival, you will receive detailed instructions for checking in and out of the property. With keyless entry, accessing your accommodations is made easy. Please note that you must complete a form to receive a vehicle tag from the resort, as parking is limited to one vehicle due to restrictions.



Additionally, access to the gym, breakfast area, and laundry room is restricted during your stay.



You will be provided with two rolls of toilet paper, six sets of towels, four washcloths, and all necessary bed linens.



Guest Access:

This unit offers keyless entry, on-site parking, and complete access to the indoor and outdoor pools and spas located on the basement level. However, the gym, breakfast bar, business center, and laundry facility are not available.



The Neighborhood:

This unit faces southeast, offering a fantastic view of the ocean! It is ideally located near the boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach, the airport, and various dining options, golf courses, bars, entertainment, and more, all in the heart of Myrtle Beach. We hope you enjoy our apartment as much as we do! Best of all, it comes with free Wi-Fi!



Getting Around:

Located conveniently near the airport, with easy access to taxis, Uber, and car rentals!

Please take note of the following information:



The resort's central location offers easy access to stores and a variety of activities. However, during peak times, especially holidays, it can become noisy. If you prefer a quiet environment, this may not be the best choice for you. Please be aware that during busy periods, particularly around holidays, you may experience noise when entering the condo from outside or if you leave your balcony doors open.



Access to the gym, business center, breakfast area, and laundry facilities may be limited.



We provide an adequate supply of towels for your convenience.

We barely used our car since the condo is so nicely located right on the Boardwalk and beach.. Great kitchen. Nice sized condo. We are considering another visit. We loved the chairs on the balcony and the comfortable beds

Great Location, Clean Room

I really enjoyed my stay. View and location are perfect. Pier 14 has great food and its right outside the hotel. Room was very clean. Rode my bike and walked everywhere, never had to drive. Balcony overlooks the tiki bar and pool area. Lil courtyard in the back is nice with a lot of foliage. Would stay again.

Beautiful Views

This one bedroom condo was perfect for the three of us. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. The amenities were awesome. We had a blast. What a great location in the middle of everything with great views. We will definitely visit again.

Our stay

The room was clean and just as described. We can’t wait until our next stay. Julie checked in to make sure we arrived and that she was available if we needed anything. Communication was excellent and answered any time she was needed.

Two weeks prior to trip, communications were timely and friendly. Ten days out received no responses to any inquiries.(i wanted to ADD days). Once past cancellation Date - all inquiries answered with “we have Zero exceptions Rule” too bad you didn’t ask sooner. Kept 100% payment but “checked me out” after one night because “no point in it sitting empty” except I paid for FULL 6’days. ( medical emergency two days before trip)

Would definitely stay again!

I love Myrtle Beach and I've always wanted to stay at this hotel because it's right in the middle of all the fun stuff and oceanfront. With two (full or queen, not sure) beds in one room and a Murphy bed in the other, a kitchen, bathroom, 2 TVs, it was plenty of room for our family of four. Two pools, kids pool, lazy river and hot tub plus the beach of course. And so convenient to shopping, boardwalk, food. Parking wasn't plentiful but adequate. Owners are very communicative and instructions very clear. Price was very reasonable for such a great location. Would definitely book with this group again!

Great location

This is a great location if you want to walk to shops and entertainment. It’s right on the beach! You can rent umbrellas/chairs if you want. There’s a bar by the pool…easy walk from beach chair. The place is older…clean enough. We found a great parking spot when we got there, but decided to Uber places bc other people couldn’t find parking. Right on the boardwalk which was great for when part of the group wanted to beach and part wanted to shop. Communications was great with rental company. East check in and check out.

Myrtle Beach Getaway

Accommodation were perfect. Loved being directly on the beach. Only concerns were the sheets on the first bed were stained. We only needed one bed though. Husband had some issues with the TV but he figured it out. Lastly the inconvenience of taking the trash across the street. No other concerns. We really loved the unit and would stay there again.

Only had 1 room and a half of toliet paper in room , contacted owners said only supply starter toliet paper .there was 4 of us, so had to get more toliet paper , had a issue with the door not locking right as well , had to hold latch in the inside up for it it lock . Needs some upgrades enough towels washclothes and toliet paper for stay would have made it much nicer . Room is alittle dated but in a great location, (if you dont like noise might not wanna stay here , there are some rides that sit right accross the street and can hear the screams til 1 am most nights but didnt bother us so much

Discrimination

Was told by the manger of the resort we were not guests when we asked for parling pass we were told we could not park our trailer which was a small motorcyle trailer . Host dis not disclose this and since we were evacuating from the storm in florida we were treated very hostile by the host and manager . My husband is retired military and the manager did not want him there either said they would tow our vehcile . We offer to pay for parling and lot was totally emtpy . Host should have had this in the rules . Like no pets and no smoking . But this was not told to me until we got there at 10pm at night . We left and went to a hotel nearby . Never stayed thwre and never will . Buyer beware , consumer alert

Good Unit - Not Good Rental Agency

The unit is in an ideal location with an excellent view though the music coming from the outdoor bar was distracting. Although the resort states it is a smoke-free facility more than once I could not enjoy a stay on the balcony due to the smell of smoke. My biggest disappointment is the Big Fish Rental keeping my deposit for a comforter that was stained when I checked in. They were notified of this via text and photos when I arrived per their check-in requirements and yet charged me for this. They provided a photo of the bed taken by the cleaners with the stained area cut off from the photo; I informed them of this and even provided the metadata of my photo that was taken upon arrival showing the stain in the missing portion of their photo. I tried to resolve with several text & emails and no response. In spite of the noise and the smoke I would consider this resort again (wonderful jacuzzi) but not with Big Fish Rental or any unit they manage anywhere. They have an abundant number of poor online reviews and with the Better Business Bureau. If it hadn't been for their lack of integrity to amiably correct their mistake, then I would have been able to give a higher rating. Will never do business with them again.

Very inconvenient service for access. No help from property management or onsite office.

I am not one to leave a bad review but in this case I have to. This property has a key card access to access stairs or Elevator and this property management company will only give you 1 card…. 1 The room sleeps 6 and they refuse to give you but 1 card. This card is how you get to your room it to the beach and if you don’t have the card you left with begging someone to get out of the pool and swipe the scanner so you can access the elevator. The office staff was almost rude about helping because this unit is privately managed the will not assist you at all and the actual big fish management said they will only give you one card. I am certain they have zero idea how inconvenient this is. We were In town for my daughters competition so it was me and my daughter and another mom and her daughter. Because we were coming and going at different times we were constantly having issues with getting to our room because we only had 1 card. It’s literally the most insane thing I have ever heard. Think of a hotel room with two couples but you had to share the key but were never really together. I just hope this owner or manager reconsiders this one key issue because it really put a huge damper on our stay. Would not stay here again because of this

Family Beach Getaway

Our daughter wanted a beach vacation after graduation. This was the perfect setting. Beautiful sunrises from the deck, safe boardwalk and neighborhood for exercise, clean beach for swimming, so enjoyed fishing off the pier and the shore, plenty of fabulous food, we enjoyed several local concerts in the evening. There are also several fun indoor activities for a rainy day. Perfect location. Condo was very comfortable for all 5 of us. Management was easy to get a hold of and offered ideas on where to go in the area.

Currently, I live in a high-rise apartment in Raleigh, North Carolina, with my spouse. Our search for investment properties led us to Myrtle Beach, where we found affordable homes with features such as pools, hot tubs, and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.

We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees around the pool area create a tropical vibe without requiring extensive travel from home. We also have a young child and take great pride in our apartment. My goal is to ensure that you have the most enjoyable vacation possible, and I hope our apartment meets your needs. I would appreciate any helpful feedback to enhance your holiday experience.

My partner manages the website and marketing for our family business, while I handle all the amenities of the home. In our free time, we work out, read, create websites for clients, play with our child, cook new dishes, and plan our next real estate acquisition.
