Sea Breeze is a ground floor one air conditioned bedroom condo with WiFi and 40" smart television with Netflix and a full kitchen. It is ideally situated in the heart of Frigate Bay which is the main tourism area of St.Kitts. The Island Paradise development where Sea Breeze is located has a swimming pool and consists of fifty holiday apartments set in manicured gardens and is very close to many restaurants/bars/mini mart/atm/taxis and beaches etc.

Paradise it is!

Island Paradise complex is friendly, peaceful and well maintained. It is perfectly located - on the Atlantic, walking distance to beach, variety of restaurants, grocery store & taxi stand. Condo itself is clean, bright, well laid out & equipped with plenty of cupboard and drawer space. Martin responded quickly to any queries we had. We would definitely recommend this property. Minor adjustment could be addition of a few more towel hooks.

The place was fantastic

Island Paradise villa

The Villa is centrally located in a resort area of St Kitts. Convenient to restaurants , store, bars and beaches. The carribian beach is nice with chairs and restaurants while the Atlantic is not accessible but a beautiful view. Martin was a gracious host. He communicated before our arrival and met us at the property when we arrived. He explained everything to us and gave us valuable information about St Kitts. The Villa grounds and pool were very clean and well kept. Every thing was included in the Villa including beach towels.

Perfect location!

This was the perfect place for me and my husband during our trip. Martin was great and accommodating. The location was great for everything we wanted to do. When we come back to visit we would love to stay here again!

Perfect location-great stay

Comfortable unit within walking distance to the Marriott, Timothy beach, and the taxi stand is right next door for everything you can’t walk to. Not luxurious, but perfect for us. You must try the Indian restaurant next door-one of the best meals on the island!

Great condo, amazing location!

Our stay at Martin's condo was great from end to end. Prior to the trip, Martin answered all my questions about his place (and St Kitts in general.) When we arrived, he greeted us and gave us more info. The condo is immaculate-it looks to be recently renovated and has all the amenities needed for a long-term stay. Walk outside to a swimming pool and a couple hundred yards to the beach. Its location near restaurants and the Marriott-which helped up book tours-are an added plus. Highly recommended!
