Escape to tranquility in our charming home nestled on a serene 1.1-acre private lot in a quiet neighborhood. Our spacious living area exudes modern elegance and charm, perfect for unwinding or gathering with loved ones. Whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen and dine in style. Retreat to thoughtfully designed bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. Outside, relax in the private oasis by the heated pool or front court yard with water fountain feature. Unwind in the jetted bathtub or relax in the living room with cozy fireplace and 3 reclining chairs. This enjoyable retreat offers AC, heating, WiFi, ceiling fans, two washers and dryer. Guests can rest in the 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 sofa beds. Enjoy your time on the Nature Coast at our fabulous house located on a park like setting. Bring your furry babies too because we have a fully fenced in doggie run and wash station/utility sink in the garage. Plenty of parking for boats, trailers and RV’s. Guests will have full access (including double garage door access) to the entire property with exception to the locked shed. IMPORTANT: Pool Maintenance technician comes every Friday morning to clean and maintain the pool PH balance.

The park also features a boat ramp and dock accessibility, as well as a pier, where you can try out your fishing skills or just enjoy the views.
This is a free facility with ample parking. Lifeguards are on duty from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

This palm-fringed island is located off of County Road 495, northwest of Weeki Wachee. Its amenities include a beach and swimming area, picnic tables, shelters, barbecue grills, an observation point, a volleyball court, a playground and a concession stand.
