Excellent Communication/Beautiful Home

The host provided excellent communication with us during the stay. While the check-in is listed as 3, the home was not available until 6. We were not inconvenienced by this and had the information in time to adjust our plans. The home is large and does take awhile to clean particularly if guests do not leave on time or leave a larger mess. We appreciated the effort with cleaning. We also inquired about a toaster, and the host door dashed one to us promptly (as previous one had been damaged). The house is large and very accommodating. If staying for awhile, it helps to bring additional paper towels and TP. This was close enough to Fort Campbell for our travels there and conveniently located by 24 to get to Nashville and other sites.

Tennessee Trip

Nice neighborhood and property. The host was great! The a/c wasn’t working when we first got there. She got someone out to fix it right away. The house wasn’t as clean as I was hoping. It needed a few more garbage cans in the house. The furniture in the backyard was dirty so we didn’t sit out in the backyard. Maybe it was because they had some storms come through the area before we got there. Overall it was fine.

Family Graduation Weekend

The house was nice enough but it was not clean. Trash under a bed (candy wrappers, crackers), hair in bathtub, cabinets in kitchen dirty. Pots and pans were unusable and too small For the 6 adults staying there. When we arrived there were two coffee cups and 3 table knives for 6 people. The owner did remedy this and also provided 3 mixing bowls. However there were no measuring cups/spoons, mixer, toaster, knives. I had expected to be able to cook for everyone at this VRBO or we would Have stayed at a hotel instead for less expense. The owner told me we had everything that we needed when I contacted her again. The electricity was not working on the kitchen island, a wall in the kitchen and the bedroom above the kitchen. I really wanted to love the place b/c it was in a great location for us, but it was difficult to use the kitchen and the trash was off putting.
