This updated China Spring home boasts 3 inviting bedrooms with a king size bed, a queen size bed, and a twin with trundle bed. The property includes 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub/shower and a full bathroom with shower. Guests can unwind in this eclectic and tranquil space, complete with a fully stocked kitchen, wood burning fireplace, central AC and heating, WiFi, and a full size./W/D. Outdoor area is a work in progress, with a firepit and sitting area. Situated a few steps from the Brazos river, grab your fishing pole, kayak, or tube then kickback, relax, and enjoy everything China Spring and our this home has to offer.

Everything about this property is fantastic! From the coziness of the house to all of the extra touches Eileen has added, it is PERFECT for anyone’s needs!! Eileen is a wonderful host. We even locked ourselves out one day, and they fixed the problem within 5 minutes My husband loved the fishing too!! Thank you for a fantastic time!!

The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because we felt a little misled by the listing. We assumed from the title and the post description that this was actually on the river but it's not. It is across the street from the river. It ended up not mattering a whole bunch because it rained during our trip, but we wished someone had been up front about it. Otherwise this was a great place to stay. Beds were amazing, the neighborhood was quiet, the setup was great for us, and they even had a small breakfast bar set out which was very convenient. I was able to easily ask the host questions and she must live nearby because my friend swears she magicked out the large trash can for us when we couldn't find it. Overall it was a fun place.

We had a wonderful stay. Loved the neighborhood and peacefulness. Eileen was great to communicate with. The beds were extremely comfortable, and Eileen had thought of all the little details. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Cute Place in the Country

This was a cute little place that was comfortable for two couples. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with popcorn, cereal, bottled water, and coffee. The only thing less than ideal is the bathroom situation, with the nearest bathroom to the king bedroom being the ensuite in the twin bedroom.

Comfortable and homey!

This cute house was a perfect spot for our family of four visiting family in the area. Clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. Good communication with host. It's just a short trip into Waco for activities/shopping/dining. We would book again!
