We do our very best to include a lot of amenities as well as opportunities for you to enjoy your stay. Some of them, we don't even put on VRBO so it's a surprise when you arrive.

Our property is in the "country" just 20 minutes from Waco, Texas and all of it's amenities, including Baylor University, Dr. Pepper, Magnolia, and a host of other exciting opportunities!

We have 4 ponds, 1 of them stocked with fish, 2 donkeys and a really fun goat. Mostly, they just like to look at our guests and see if they can coax you into feeding them carrots :)
We have a side-by-side for your enjoyment to travel throughout the property.
Is it not unusual to see deer on the premises.
We also have a gun range and skeet shooting available.
