We loved hosting Karen and her group. They were respectful, polite, and overall a pleasure to interact with. We would love to have them again if rhey are ever back in the Atlanta area!

SharI and her group were wonderful guest. They were all so pleasant and thoughtful. They left the home in excellent condition. It was a delight hosting this group of beautiful ladies. We would love to host them again.

We find this review to be completely disingenuous. I did a walk through with guest and she said how wonderful the home decor and appearance was. At no time during her stay did she mention one single item expounded in her review. We would gladly resolved any or all the concerns that she wrote about. We will however look into the concerns expressed by this guest. It would have been nice if she brought it to our attention. We pride ourselves in delivering guality service and 5 star accommodation.

Kenneth and his group were exceptionally great guest. They represent the gold standard of my guest list. They were extremely polite and gracious. They left the home in excellent condition. My house keeper had very little to do after they checked out. I would love to host them again. Thank you Kenneth for being such a wonderful guest. Looking for seeing you on your future golf trip. We are sorry that this guest did not have a good experience. We clearly posted on the site that the 5 bedrooms 5.5 bathrooms is the main home only. It is clearly stated on the site that we only have parked for 4 car s. To complain about disclosure information is rather disingenuous. Also , this guest wanted to check in early but we informed her that we have that we have other guests checking out at 11 am the same day and we would need tiime to prepare the property.Their check in time was approximately 4.10. With reference to the kitchen, the kitchen is fully stocked. She might be looking for oversized pots and pans which we don’t provide. It is all ways advisable to read the property description before you book.

Ms. Brown and her family were absolutely lovely guest. It was indeed a pleasure hosting them. All guest suggestions are very important and we welcome them. We look forward to hosting the Brown family again. THANKS DON

We find Jennifer’s review to be so disingenuous and full of lies that can only be characterized as a work of fiction. Firstly, her allegation that her associates had to wait in the driveway before gaining access to the property is a blatant lie. We happened to be on the property when the guest arrived. We welcomed them to the property and gave them a tour of the home. They were super excited about their selection and they consistently stated that the property was so nice and they were happy that they made the right selection. With reference to bed sheets being twin and full, we have not one single full or full sheet on that property. We have three king size beds with king size linen and two queen size beds with queen size linen. With reference to the allegations that the pillowcases and pillow had holes, that is a blatant lie. With reference to the refrigerator not working, we have instructions posted on the refrigerator not to change the manufacturers settings. They completely ignored the instructions and proceeded to set the temperature in both refrigerators at a warmer temperature. We queried them about changing the setting of the temperature but they did not respond. Bearing in mind that we have two brand new refrigerators. We cannot take responsibility for a guest inability to regulate a refrigerator temperature. We reference to mold in the bathrooms, that is clearly a figment of her imagination. There is absolutely no mold in the bathrooms. With reference to trash bags at the gate, the trash bags were placed there to be picked up by the sanitation department which they did the following day. We therefore can only conclude that this is a malicious and vindictive attempt by this guest to impune the reputation of the host. This guest has totally unrealistic expectations. For example, during the storm while the power line were down, she messaged me several times instructing me to come and turn the power on. How do you explain that? On a scale of 1 to 5 I rate her a 1 because of her untruthfulness and her vindictiveness.

We are sorry that this guest was not satisfied. It is common a customary for a guest to contact the host if they have a problem. This guest never reaches out to us. If the guest had reach out to us, the items she complained about are so easy to solve. The key for the thermostat guard was sitting on top of the guard. She never asked one single guestion. Also if she read the property description on the site, it clearly states that the main level only is included. The vast majority of our guest have a positive experience stay at this property.
