Luxury Los Olivos penthouse apartment set out over 2 floors and located at the centre of the resort close to the tennis centre. The apartment boasts magnificent views to the Mar Menor and overlooks the beautifully tended pool and landscaped gardens. The main terrace has a full outdoor dining suite, sun-loungers and a gas BBQ. The roof-top terrace ensures all-year sun.
Indoors you find a spacious lounge with a large HD TV & fast wireless internet. The well equipped kitchen has a large oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. All bedrooms and bathrooms are of exceptional quality with furnishings to match. Note that the third upstairs bedroom does not have air-condition.
The Los Olivos community has three swimming pools, two with children's pools and one indoor pool. Note that the indoor pool may be closed during periods of the low season (if the use of the indoor pools is important, please ask in advance of booking).
The club offers a wide range of activities including three golf courses, tennis, Spa, football, fitness, etc. It is packed with great restaurants and bars.

With a choice of three superb, 18-hole championship courses, each with its own unique style and terrain, but all offering tranquil surroundings and many outstanding views, the La Manga Club offers a challenge to golfers of all ages and abilities.

If you want to learn how to play golf, La Manga Club is just the right place as well. The Academy of Golf, provides group and private tuition of the highest standards for all levels, from complete beginners to the most experienced players.




Tennis: La Manga Club could easily be defined as the ultimate tennis resort in Spain. Located at the very heart of La Manga Club resort, the internationally renowned Tennis Centre is one of Europe finest outdoor facilities and is the focal point for many of the resorts sporting activities. The wonderful climate and floodlit courts mean that you can enjoy a match all year round, day or night. There are 21 tennis courts to choose from, including 13 clay courts, four hard courts and four AstroTurf courts, as well as seven paddle tennis courts.

A Perfect La Manga club position

This place is the perfect spot for all amenities. The penthouse has everything you need. Staying within the Los Olivos area comes with the bonus of a large indoor pool (not heated) with a key card entry, very quiet so great for serious swimmers or not. We all had a great time and would definitely go back!

Tennis holiday

Great location and fabulous views. 5 minutes walk to clay tennis courts - wonderful condition and excellent coaching by Miguel and Javier., Handy pool on the complex and easy walking to restaurants. Need a car if you want to travel further afield. Some e-scooters or e-bikes on site would be helpful too.

Perfect!!

We went to La Manga and stayed in this apartment so we could take part in a week of padel. My husband and I plus our boys (aged 20+) enjoyed visiting the bars and restaurants in the area. The apartment is a stones throw from the Racquets Club where we made lots of new friends. The swimming pool was a perfect temperature and not busy. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. We will definitely visit again.

Fab holiday

Excellent location for the tennis club. Spacious apartment - a little disappointed that the 3rd bedroom was locked, although we didn’t need it for sleeping, my husband and I were both working for some of our stay and it would have helped for meetings/calls to have had the spare room. After all, we booked an apartment with 3 bedrooms! Apartment is well equipped, a bit dated compared to other similar apartments but perfectly fine. It would benefit from a terrace brush because our weather was very windy with some rain so the terrace got pretty dusty. Plus an interior brush/dustpan to help keep the kitchen/dining area tidy rather than lugging the hoover out. For anyone interested in tennis, book ahead! I had booked ahead for our first week but not the second and there was low availability for ad hoc booking. I would have been furious if we had arrived with nothing booked and not been able to get any coaching/social tournaments during our fortnight. Overall a fabulous break.

Great stay

My wife and I have just returned from a 4week stay in the property which had everything we needed. It is in good central location within the club and close enough to everything for us. Great views over the Mar Menor to enjoy. Los Olivos is very quiet and peaceful with 3 lovely pools. We were looked after first class by both the owner and the Property Management who could not do enough for us during our stay. We look forward to returning. Thank you

Nice rental

Good property, nicely located on the resort. One or two things could improve things further but only very minor (no oven gloves; beds made up as singles with no additional linen provided for extra pillows etc.), but a lovely holiday. We would recommend this for a family holiday

Lovely apartment with great views.

The apartment is really nice, very clean and well appointed with some nice touches such as the UK TV setup and the USB charging station. Apartment sits at one end above the community pool so access is great but you do tend to get some noise but generally the windows/doors are effective at keeping the noise down.

Fabulous views across la manga

Beautiful 3bed apartment with stunning views across la manga and beyond. 3 outside areas with a selection of sun beds and tables and chairs which meant that everyone had space to relax. Apartment well furnished and equipped and was immaculate. Few points to mention, as we arrived quite late on the Saturday evening it would have been a nice touch to have had a bottle of water and a pint of milk in the fridge. I wouldn’t have expected a full welcome pack but those two items would have been nice as the shops had closed. Also, we had to wait until Monday morning to obtain a key for the safe in the apartment as resort management was closed upon our arrival and didn’t open until the Monday morning - perhaps the safe key could have been left in the outside safe at the management office along with the apartment keys for us to collect ? La manga club is still as wonderful as ever and we wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future and also to hire 27p Los Olivos. Many thanks for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay !

On top of the world

Los Olivos is at the centre and the apartment looks right over, with views all the way to the Med and La Manga strip. Fantastic base to take advantage of the Club and beyond. We love the apartment with the double height ceiling and large balcony. Restaurants are great, but we stayed in a lot!

FANTASTIC PENTHOUSE APARTMENT

We have stayed at this apartment 23p Los Olivios several times and it is absolutely fabulous. Wonderful views and overlooks the swimming pool and also the tennis courts from the spacious south facing balcony. Never had any reason to complain as always kept exceptionally clean and tidy Perfect position if you are tennis enthusiasts. We'll be back again next year!! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Apartment at the Centre of La Manga

This is already our second stay in Los Olivos, which is perfectly located a couple minutes walk from the centre of La Manga with shops, restaurants, bars etc. The apartment is really high spec, spotless, very comfortable and very well equipped. It is beautifully furnished, with all the mod cons, and a fabulously spacious/double height main room, dining and kitchen area. Being at the top of the (3 apartment) building, the large balcony is great for those evening barbecues overlooking the resort, and a panoramic view for miles down to La Manga town and the ocean beyond. Great for us to relax, while the teenagers have plenty to do day and night in a very safe environment. We found the owners to be very friendly and helpful, along with the supporting staff at La Manga Club. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment, and look forward to our next visit.

Lovely apartment with great views

We were a party of four enjoying a week of golf in early Spring. The apartment is perfectly situated for golfers and tennis-players alike. It is large, spacious, well-equipped and has great views over the resort. We did not miss anything, everything was clean and comfortable. We got the keys early as the apartment was ready after the previous guests had left. After long days of golf we enjoyed the late afternoon sun with a snack and a glass of wine on the roof-terrace. A couple of us also used the indoor-pool and Jacuzzi. We had a lovely dinner at El Toro in Los Belones. Highly recommeded! We will be back next Spring.

First Class Family Holiday

We first came to La Manga in July 2003 when our children were 3, 6, 8 and 11. Neither my husband or I play golf or tennis to any discernible level and we accompanied another family at the time. We had an enjoyable family holiday and returned in 2004 and 2005. Since then we have been holidaying in European campsites. This year only two of our children (now aged 16 and 21) wanted to come with us and as our son had just completed his GCSEs we could go earlier than usual. We thought La Manga would be worth another try. This property ticked every box. Communication with the owner was quick and courteous and for less than 70% of what we normally paid for a mobile home on a Spanish campsite we secured this luxury apartment for 11 nights. The property was immaculate and provided everything we needed. The rooms were light and spacious with wifi much to our children's delight. I practise yoga every day and was spoilt for choice - from the main terrace to the rooftop terrace and there was plenty of room indoors too. Our days were spent by the pool, playing pitch and putt, Paddel Tennis, eating and drinking. Worth a mention is the wine tasting at La Quinta and the Flamenco evening at Los Molinos. We did not hire a car, just used local taxis and the resort supermarkets. There were 6 of us including my mum and my son's girlfriend and it cost 20 euros each way to La Manga strip for a day our. The resort also offered a free trip to Cartagena on a Wednesday. It was a perfect holiday for a multi generation family and you don't even have to play tennis or golf to enjoy this relaxing resort. The only downside would be the beach is a little disappointing. I walked one morning down the dust tracks which took an hour to and from our property for not very much. The weather was warm but not unbearable and I would certainly like to return.

Great resort

We were disappointed with 27P. It is tired with a miss match of furniture. Only 4 sun beds (which were unclean} No pool towels Mid stay clean and linen change for a two week stay. Bed covers and setee cover unclean. Only one hair dryer for six people. Third Bedroom had no air con. No information regarding the resort. We would not stay in this 27P again ! money for old rope. ! Only good thing great views. La Manga is a very special place on and off resort.

Perfect -very comfortable, convenient, spacious .

Central location, well equipped, spacious indoor and outdoor layouts. Well positioned front and rear terraces with great views of resort and beyond. Easy access to the largest pool which can be viewed from the terrace. Great outdoor BBQ for alfresco dining. All in all best self-catering accommodation we have stayed in - will definitely be back!

The perfect place to stay and play

This penthouse was perfect for us (a family of 4 plus two grandparents) to spend the week before Easter enjoying the tennis at La Manga Club. It is two minutes walk from the tennis centre (you can hear the balls being hit while relaxing on the terrace!) and close to restaurants and the supermarket. The apartment is clean and really well equipped and everything is in good working order. We even took advantage of the barbecue. The Los Olivos swimming pool, though a little chilly so early in the season, means a swim is easy. There's also an indoor pool for colder days. The top terrace is great for reading your book in the sun in the afternoon. The owner provides really clear information in advance about arriving at La Manga, checking into the property and departure. We visited a great beach and some good restaurants on and off the resort. This was our second visit to the apartment and I hope we will be back before too long.
