It was a good property and overall our stay was okay. I do not want to rate the stay low because it just wasn't a fit for us. It was a good property. We were a little disappointed and uncomfortable; however, the host was great and very accommodating. He responded in great timing and even helped us looked for headphones after we left. It was much smaller than we thought. The bedroom, kitchenette, table is all in one room. The main reason we use vrbo when we go is to be able to cook and let the kids have space to roam without disrupting other guest. We were not able to cook, even though there were some amenities, there was no way to cook and properly clean a meal for a family. Although there were games and fun things in the other room, it really isn't fit for kids where they sleep. There's language and alcohol references throughout the room. Even though we were a little let down, it's not a bad place to stay. I think that it's more fitting for a couple or a bachelor group. My husband and I both agreed that if it were just us, it would be great, but it just wasn’t fit for a family.

It is definitely NOT a two bedroom as indicated. It’s one bedroom and the other room has the pool table . It’s actually 3 different units . This unit is in the back . The Ac is controlled by whomever is in the front of the house . Other than this ,, the place was clean and the shower water gets hot .

Very clean and comfortable place. The main room has the bed, TV, mini fridge, microwave, huge walk-in closet and restroom/shower. The second room is the game room which has a pool table and big screen TV; its also decorated nicely. The host was very polite and ensured I was able to access the room. I recommend this place and definitely would not hesitate to stay here again. It's located in a convenient location and just a few blocks from the ocean.
