Private boat ramp for small boats and watercraft up to 29 foot.
There are a total of 4 units. each unit is separated by a Door with deadbolts.
Each has its own entrance and space.

The swim deck, The Boat ramp, Fishing on community dock and shoreline, Picnic tables on the property are open to all guests to use

Our number will be posted in each suite if there is anything you need. We enjoy interacting with guests as much as they like.

We are close by water to Captain Ron’s, Fish and company, Larry’s on the lake, The cave, Bull dogs,
Bear Bottoms all with in 1 to 8 miles. Haha Tonka 15 miles down the Big Niangua. By land you will be close to woods grocery store at HWY 5 and F, restaurants nearby on land Papa Chubbys 3 min drive, Franky and Louis 10 min drive, Brandon Iron 15 min. Bagnell Dam/Osage beach 25 minutes F road to T to M and across toll bridge.
Camdenton 25 min take F road to Hwy 5 then go left.
35 minutes away from The Loop atv park.
