The Big Event lives up to its name! This expansive, single-story ranch home is ideal for large groups, family reunions, or any gathering that requires space, luxury, and fun. Situated on 3.5 private acres (half fenced) in the heart of Osage Beach, there’s plenty of room to spread out and relax.

Plenty of towels, dishes, soap and shower products! There was an issue with wasps and pool pump but it was nice to have a pool and hot tube. Check in and out were easy!

Relaxing

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Big house will plenty of space. The kids loved the pool. The only complaint we would have is that the outside area could have been cleaned up better. There was a lot of dirt and trash up against the house.

Family Reunion

Great location along with great activities in house. The pool provided us with a lot of entertainment. We loved the large family room!Only suggestion is to clean outdoor fridge and grill. People should know to wipe down their mess that got onto the cabinets, doors and walls.

Great and Convenient

Great place to stay - fishing a tournament at Ozarks and this place had plenty of parking and was very convenient. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip there.

Great property

Pictures didn't do the house justice. Amazing from the time we walked in. Living space was spacious and comfortable. Seating for dinner for a large group. No stairs to worry about with littles was a plus. Wildlife on the property was fun to see. Coffee makers were a little temperamental but otherwise no complaints! Great stay for 6 sets of guests and 2 littles (18mon and 4)

Great Lake House

Loved staying at this house for our Lake of the Ozarks trip. Very convenient location and easy to get around. Lots of parking which was great for our group. House was exactly how it was displayed in photos. Our group also loved the hot tub.

Beautiful home

Got rained out for our golf trip but the property was perfect and I will rent it again if we plan this trip again. Slow response from the manger of the property but it is the off season so I understand. Will stay again if it is available

Great for a bigger group

Plenty of room to enjoy. Nice big kitchen with plenty of cookware, dishes, etc. Location is convenient to Redheds, Margaritaville, and Shorty Pants. The place was updated and the beds were comfy. I would stay here again.

Huge house with everything you need!

The house was a perfect house for the weekend! It wasn’t quite warm enough so with it not being on the lake it was great! Plenty of beds and rooms! The garage was awesome! We did notice it wasn’t completely dusted/cleaned. Dust bunnies rolling around the floors. Spider webs in rooms too. But overall I would recommend.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our Osage Beach vacation. The house was spacious and had a great game room for the kids to enjoy. The property has plenty of parking. The house is in a good location - close to many of the activities offered in Osage Beach. We loved the pool. We did feel several of the mattresses were uncomfortable due to having wood slats.
