Experience charm and convenience at our studio guesthouse in historic Curtis Park, near RiNo's art scene and Five Points' rich jazz heritage. Just minutes from Larimer Street's lively bars and unique shops, and close to park amenities like a tennis and basketball court. Enjoy a walk through Denver's oldest neighborhood or explore local street murals. Though compact, our unit is fully equipped with a full kitchen, queen bed, TV, and more—perfect for exploring Denver's dynamic neighborhoods!

The space:
This is a studio guesthouse located above the garage with access from the alleyway. Should you encounter any issues, we are just steps away and ready to assist! Additionally, Curtis Park is right across the street, offering numerous amenities.

Guest access:
The access to the guest house is to the right of the garage when facing it. Please note that this is the only area available for our guests leading to the unit. However, if you're seeking some outdoor space, there's a large park just across the street!

Very clean, simple, quiet, great walking distance to restaurants, breweries, downtown. Hosts were great with prompt communication & had little extras like coffee pods & filtered water waiting for us in the fridge. Very thoughtful.

We had a great stay! Fantastic location - parks, coffee shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Cameron was accessible and quickly answered our questions. The space itself was clean and well organized. Had everything we needed.

Working with Cameron was more than easy. The studio apartment was clean, comfortable, and filled with amenities. The location is ideal for getting around Denver. Free parking during our stay (Labor Day weekend) was plentiful and less than a minute walk to the studio apartment. I highly recommend booking this VRBO from Cameron!

Stayed for 11 nights, everything was just as listed/pictured. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Plenty of parking. I took a few Lyfts and had a couple of food deliveries, pickups and deliveries were quick. Good food in RiNo!

We loved staying at this VRBO in Denver! The location near RiNo was perfect so close to amazing restaurants, breweries, murals, and nightlife while still feeling comfortable and relaxing. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Denver!

The studio was exactly as described — sunny, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts were amazing from start to finish. They kindly allowed us to check in early, responded quickly to every question, and kept us stocked with endless delicious coffee throughout our stay.We stayed for a week while I was in town for work, and it was far more comfortable and relaxing than staying in a hotel. The location was perfect, just minutes from great shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. I also appreciated how safe the area felt, especially during my late-night walks home after work.Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience! Cameron was so communicative & hospitable and worked with us with the timing of our travel plans. The location was fabulous and in a fun area within walking distance to great food, coffee, drinks, and entertainment. The place itself was beautiful and clean, and it had everything we’d need for our stay. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Denver!
