Ocean Front, 3 story vacation rental in Dewey Beach! The town home features 3 ocean front decks to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and views of the beach. This unit is an end unit with off street parking for 3 cars. This is a non smoking unit. Perfect views and a perfect location!

*Pet friendly with a $250 non refundable pet fee per pet. Dogs only- 1 dog permitted per reservation.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week s stay is $223.00.

This is a beautiful oceanfront home and we had a lovely stay with our family. It could do with some end of season TLC (first floor master very dog scented, plug in 3rd floor bathroom did not stay open, deck is in need of repair).

Thank you for your suggestions. We are on it! We are working with the cleaners to ensure a better stay for our guest! End of season does show a bit of wear on the beach houses as they have been in constant use since May. However, the cleaning crew would have gladly come back at your convenience to take care of any issues that you had to make sure your stay was as comfortable as possible.

Great place in a nice location

The house exceeded our expectations. It is right on the beach and also provides an excellent ocean view.It was clean with enough parking for 3 cars. The location is right down the street from all the bars and restaurants.

On the beach

Location doesn't get much better. Townhouse is right on the beach with lovely views from each deck. Covered parking was also nice. House is spacious but needs to be updated in lots of areas. Feels like it's been a rental for a long time.

Family Vacation with senior mother

Nice place on beach in good location that was dog friendly. The only negative was the amount of steps. I unfortunately brought my senior mother and she couldn't deal with the steps to 3 levels of condo. I drove her home after 3 days. We enjoyed the vacation better after that. We were able to take our lab onto the beach and there were lots of dogs there. The owners kept their dogs under control. The coastal highway Rt 1 was one block away and had restaurants and clothing shopping. Tanger Outlets was close by us just up Rt 1 (10 minutes away by car) and we enjoyed shopping there.
