The host was excellent and she responded to all my questions in an excellent manner. The home was beautiful as pictured. I wouldn’t mind staying there again on my next visit! I parked my car out in front and was no problems the 3 days we were there!

I always take lots of Before & After pictures. To ensure I have proof of the property condition. Its an up stairs unit, I never saw this information. My mom has a difficult time with stairs so that was important. The place was well designed and cute. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Nice tvs in every room. A few issues, in the bathroom, the towels and washcloths had stains on them and needs to be replaced. The hand soap bottles were empty. Where the towels are placed there was a metal piece that was sticking up , that cut my mom hand . The refrigerator was very dirty. It had hair in the freezer and the refrigerator. The windows are NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY and big bugs were getting in. The windows were open when we arrived. I would recommend keeping them closed. until they are fixed. There was quite a few cosmetic repairs that needed to be done. A smelly odor in the hall. The location was good and the parking was fine.I think this place has great potential. Just a little more tlc is needed.

Could be great….

Ad stated parking - parking only on street on a VERY busy road that has sign stating can’t park from 8a-8p. Remove “two car garage available” on ad. Communication - I had to call the host for arrival info to get in. They did not respond to in app question and nothing sent in advance. Heating/Cooling - First night was freezing and we couldn’t close the windows due to being broken - replace windows or fix them. Suggestion: 1) For Keruig have a refillable cup or Kcups available. I brought regular ground coffee and couldn’t use it. 2) have more blankets in storage. 3) have more towels - says sleeps 9 (we had 8 people) and only 5 towels. 4) We cooked almost every meal in house - have basic seasoning as options. 5) provide more trash bags. The beds were VERY comfy and sheets were great! The whole place was clean. Keyless entry was nice for coming and going especially with kids!
