Paradise on a canal.

Beautiful home located on canal with kayaks provided. We enjoyed our holiday vacation with large sliders opening to large patio/pool area. The neighborhood location was centrally located near shopping and restaurants. We actually extended our stay and the home owners were very accommodateing.

Stayed here for a week while checking out some properties around the area. Beautiful, exceptionally clean place to stay in quiet area. Owners were very accommodating as this trip was a last minute idea. You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing home!

The home was perfect. Beautifully decorated. Outside pool area was our favorite with views of the canal. Easy assess to shopping, highway and airport.

This home was everything and more than we needed for the week. Clean, spacious and nicely decorated. My teens enjoyed the pool and kayaking during their break from a baseball tournament. Owners were lovely to work with.

I was here working for the State after the hurricane.

Incredible, owners were very helpful with any issue i had. Easy to talk to. When i had to extend my stay, it was no hassle at all

Happy stay

Overall pleased with this home. We really liked the large pool and big patio area. The weather this January was a slow warmup, but that’s no fault of the property owners. The interior home and pool area were spotless and clean upon our arrival. Plenty of towels and kitchen necessities. We were very pleased about the super cleanliness!

Really nice property

Very clean. Very nice. We didn't care for Cape Coral; our first time in this city and there was too much traffic. But this property is top notch! The pool and canal were beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Week in the Heat

What a nice home! Went to south Florida for a baseball tournament and after long days of sitting n the sun, it was relaxing to come back to the home and soak in the pool and sit out on the private patio. The home is very well equipped to meet the needs of our family of 4. Quiet neighborhood and close to lots of restaurants. Quick access to the Fort Myers bridges was very nice as well. I guess the only negative was the WiFi connectivity, had some issues staying connected on the laptop and Ipads. Overall, very nice stay

Perfect home

This place was perfect and appropriately priced!! Beautiful home and pool area. Rented a boat for a few days and the dock was well maintained and enabled us to enjoy the canals as well as the pool. Lots of construction noises in the neighborhood as many people are having their roofs replaced after hurricane Ian. Beds are a little worn and could be replaced soon. Otherwise the place was perfect for our family of 4. Lots of room and well kept home!!

Loved our stay here!

One of the cleanest VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. Everything in the home was quality. The bed in the master bedroom was amazing! We both had some of the best sleep that we have had in a long time! The kitchen was well stocked with everything one could possibly need with quality items and not junk from the dollar store or Walmart that so many rentals seem to have. The home is in a good neighborhood and close to everything…restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Communication with Julie and Harry was wonderful. I think the longest we had waited for a reply to a question was maybe 30 minutes….unheard of! Hopefully we will be able to go back again next year. Thank you for everything Julie and Harry! Exceeds every expectation

This property is a solid 10 out of 10 and exceeded every expectation. The online pictures and description do not do it justice. It is well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your time there and clean beyond belief. Great location - walkable to shopping, liquor store, restaurants. The pool/patio area gets full day sun and the lanai offers plenty of sun and covered shade space for both sun worshipers and those who avoid it. The oitdoor tv is viewable from the pool so you can catch a movie or binge a show while floating on the provided lounge floats. The gas grill is prestinely clean and large enough to accommodate a full meal, combined with the side burner you can avoid any indoor cooking. check in/out was effortless and efficient.Don't miss your opportunity to enjoy this property.

What an incredible spot!

I almost hesitate to give a rave review for fear it might not be available the next time. This is such a great place! From the moment you walk in you know you’re going to have an awesome time. The cleanliness was exceptional. The kitchen is well stocked for a family of four to prepare and eat meals without hassle. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean with extra linens available if needed. Then there’s the pool and lanai…you really don’t need to leave. It’s perfect for the kids to play with the provided balls and toys or just to float in the floaties with a beverage. The pool deck has a nice umbrella with lounge chairs and a gas grill. Or sit in the shade with the outdoor ceiling fans cooling you. The location is about a block off a major road but you’d never know because you can’t hear any traffic. There’s a liquor store, Starbucks, Walmart and a Publix all within 5 minutes. If I were going to nitpick, the only negative thing was the pool screen has been damaged during the hurricane and removed. However it didn’t bother us one bit and other than a lizard here and there there was zero bugs! Probably because of the lizards! Our family loved every minute.

Perfect In Every Way

I don’t know where to begin. I read through all of the earlier reviews and can honestly say I agree with all of the other 5 star reviews and I’m not sure I can come up with any other reasons that haven’t already been mentioned. We stayed for four weeks and enjoyed every minute. Cleanliness is important to us and this rental was pristine when we arrived. Julie was more than helpful when we ran into a small problem which wasn’t their fault at all. I can see why Julie and Harry want to retire there. They have added personal touches to make everyone feel comfortable and never want to leave. We didn’t. We spent lots of time on the lanai eating, watching the TV and just enjoying the beautiful landscaping and even without the cage and screens that Ian ruined, we had no bugs. We met their neighbor Tom who lives across the street and comes over to check the water level in the pool. Very nice neighbor and he and my husband had fun swapping boating stories. So I could go on but it would definitely be repetitive information. Thank you Julie and Harry for allowing us to enjoy our four weeks of paradise.

Entspannte Tage in Cape Coral

Sehr sauberes Haus ein paar hundert Meter vom Del Prado Blvd entfernt, zu Geschäften nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto, zum Strand 15 Minuten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und top ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts, in der Garage gibt es 2 Kayaks, mit denen man die Kanäle erkunden kann. Danach ist der Pool der richtige Ort um wieder abzukuehlen, die Eigentümer waren jederzeit ansprechbar, wenn ich eine Frage hatte, gerne kommen wir wieder.

Beautiful and peaceful Getaway

What a beautiful home, the photos do not do it justice! This was the perfect place for my husband and I to celebrate his recent retirement. Entering into the home through the garage for the first time we were greeted with an absolutely gorgeous view of the pool which is visible from almost every room in the home. The home itself is beautifully decorated, and the property is very private as it backs onto the Canal. The kitchen had everything you could need. We ended up cooking all of our meals and had no issues with all the kitchen utensils, and pretty dinnerware provided. This was truly the perfect place for us to get away and enjoy the peace and beauty of Cape Coral and area. We had friends join us briefly and they too were enamored with the cleanliness and comfort of this lovely home. A neat perk is the TV on the patio--what a great way to relax! Harry and Julie answered all of our queries quickly and were an absolute pleasure to deal with . We would not hesitate to return to this lovely piece of paradise!! Thank you Harry and Julie for having us!

Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay in this beautiful home. The pool and view of the canal cannot be beat. The home was very well equipped and the owners checked in to make sure things were going well. The neighborhood was lovely and close to stores and restaurants. We would highly recommend!!

Gorgeous getaway

Beautiful Home

My husband and I enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful home. Harry and Julie were great and always answered our questions quickly. Pool and lanai were great as we spent most of our time there, as well as fishing off the boat dock out back. Close to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Wish we could have stayed longer!
