I have been living in Boise for the last 24 years. I enjoy going outdoors in the summer and staying in during the winter. I love the fact that I can feel the weather transitions from fall to winter to spring and to summer, it never gets dull or boring.

I love the neighborhood this property is on, it's quiet and very safe for either walking on driving around. There is a public park right next door where you could go for a walk, play tennis or basketball. I love how conveniently it is located where you could access the freeway in a few minutes and get to downtown or the airport. Within a five mile radius you could reach Edwards's 21 and The Majestic Cinemas, The Village, Top Golf, Roaring Springs, St Luke's Hospital, and a few major grocery stores like Albertson's, Fred Meyer and Walmart. There are also several Urgent care clinics.

This property was custom built in 2022 and it has a unique layout. The home features a large kitchen perfect for hosting and two living room areas designed to relax and enjoy watching a good movie or sit and read a good book. The home features a big fully fenced backyard compared with other homes in the same neighborhood ideal for kids to run around.
