アパートメントは、アテネ中心部のエレガントで完全に安全なエリア、コロナキにあります。 徒歩わずか5分である地下鉄パネピスティミオ駅からの交通は非常に簡単で迅速です。 近所にはたくさんのレストラン、カフェ、バー、あらゆる種類のショッピング店があります。
アパートは古い建物の1階にあり、他の居住者やオフィスが含まれています。 それは私のゲストのニーズを満たすために最近改装され、内装されました。

Clean, great location, friendly host

Great location, clean, and very welcome apartment in the center of Athens. It is a walking distance from Plaka and Acropolis. Coffeshops, a bakery, restaurants are next to the entrance. Eleni was very helpful and kind. I would dedenetly stay there next time. This a perfect place for a couple. We had 3 people in our party. Unfortunately, the sofa bed in the living room was too firm. It would be nice to have a mattress on it. This was the only issue.

Great Stay!

Eleni is a very good host. The place was very close to major sites. The only issue is it can be noisey on the street, however there is nothing she can do about that! Would recommend staying here!

A very comfortable apartment that is walking distance to so many features of Athens.

A home away from home! A quiet and very clean apartment which has a spacious bedroom and living room. It is walking distance to so many archaeology sites and museums. Explore around this pleasant suburb- great bakery on next street corner, many restaurants and coffee shops, little boutiques, Alliance Francais has a pleasant coutyard cafe (further up Sina St), supermarket round the corner, and a very safe area to walk home in evenings. My favourite local restaurant is Mine, (round the corner) which treated me like family. Post Office very close by. The apartment is very clean, and equipped with many basic items to make a stay very comfortable. The owner Eleni is very prompt answering queries, was a wonderful host, and has provided various suggestions for my stay in Athens. I really recommend this apartment and hope to stay there again myself.

Perfect flat for a serene discovery of Athens

Very nice flat in the middle of the city, it feels like home, nothing is missing. Very comfortable and spacious, the equipment is very complete. Despite the city location, the area is not very noisy and the room is on the courtyard side. Very secure building. At the foot of the Lycabette, all visits can be done on foot without any problem. Syntagma square for the airport bus is 15 minutes away. The bus to Cape Sounion also passes in front of the library, the university, 10mn, check the timetable and the stop. Sklavenitis supermarket about 200 meters away, all amenities within a very short distance. Eleni is very welcoming, very helpful, very available. If you don't see her during your stay, she passes a message to see if everything is going well, which is perfect. If we were to come back, we would not hesitate for a second. Sehr schön!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nette Vermieterin, sehr saubere Wohnung. Für 2 optimal...für Familien mit 2 Kindern ist es auch kein Problem. Kleine, aber gut sortierte Küche. Für uns war sogar gekühltes Wasser im Kühlschrank. Das beste aber ist, dass man alles Wichtige in Athen fußläufig erreichen kann. ( Es sei denn, man will ans Wasser). Metro-Station nur 5 Minuten entfernt, Cafe's und Restaurant's gefühlt an jeder Straßenecke..... Das einzige, was ev. stören könnte, ist die Einfachverglasung der Fenster. Man hört im Wohnzimmer immer etwas "Straßenbetrieb". Also Großstadtfeeling pur. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zum Hof und da ist es aber sehr still.... kein Problem also. Sollten wir nochmal nach Athen kommen, fragen wir sehr gern wieder bei Eleni an.....

Idéal en centre

Joli petit appartement en centre d'Athènes. Les points forts de cet appartement : La chambre donne sur une cour intérieure, la pièce de vie est spacieuse, il y a un petit extérieur pour déjeuner à deux. Assez proche du métro et on peut même aller à pied pour rejoindre Monastiraki (environ 20 mn de marche). Une petite superette à quelques dizaines de mètres, bien pratique. Le petit bémol : la cuisine ne permet pas d'y déjeuner car trop petite, un peu dommage. Eleni est adorable, l'accueil est soigné. Mise à disposition de café, thé et biscottes pour déjeuner, et d'eau fraîche, vraiment appréciable en arrivant. Elle s'inquiète même de vous appeler un taxi pour rejoindre l'aéroport si vous ne voulez pas vous embêter avec les transports en commun !

La casa di Eleni é curata in ogni dettaglio, non manca davvero nulla, dai prodotti per la prima colazione fino all‘antizanzara. La padrona di casa gentilissima e disponibile, molto sollecita in tutto. Ottima esperienza!

Great spot to stay in Athens

Our stay at Eleni’s place was great. It had all that we needed and we walked everywhere. Our hostess was very communicative before we arrived and took care of our transfers to and from her place. Would highly recommend staying at her place.

Close to Good Food, Coffee, and the City Center

We enjoyed our stay in this convenient and cozy apartment. Eleni was very friendly and helpful — even going as far as booking our taxi from the airport which made our arrival stress free. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with all necessities. We highly recommend it to those coming to explore Athens.
