Nestled in the heart of the Grand Strand's coveted "Golden Mile," this newly remodeled 8th-floor (#802) oceanfront condo (All Bathrooms and Bedrooms) offers a serene, family-friendly retreat with panoramic, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and breathtaking sunrises. Whether you're watching the sunrise from the expansive balcony, lounging by the pools, or exploring nearby attractions, this oceanfront condo offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and convenience for your Myrtle Beach getaway.

Spacious 5-Bedroom, 4-Bathroom Layout

-Two Oceanfront Primary Suites: Each features a king-size bed, a private bath with a luxurious tiled walk-in shower, and direct access to a sprawling 32-foot oceanfront balcony.

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

The condo and the surrounding area were beautiful and in the better part of town. Check in was easy, although having a long vehicle was challenging parking at designated spots. I would urge you to inform guests of the challenges and limitations of parking with Suburban like vehicles before guests arrived to head off any questions or solutions.I was glad my husband was driving, but have been in similar jams before. I definitely would have liked to have a better equipped gym at the facility that is more up to date. The gym did serve our family well and some of our guests tried out several of the local gyms. The pools were wonderful. Our 7 year old loved the lazy river, and I particularly loved the presence of the very active life guards at work on the beach. The condo's beds and bathrooms were excellent. We used the kitchen very little, but had everything we needed for light meals. We would definitely like to come back to the condo again in the future. Thank-you.-

This place is immaculate. We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space for all of us. (8 adults, 3 teenagers) They have all the amenities (including pots and pans) that you would need! We made dinner one night along with a batch of cupcakes! The pools/hot tubs were very nice as well. Check in was a breeze and communication was top tier. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous

Breathtaking, HGTV interiors, so much room for our party of 11, fully equipped kitchen. Not an all inclusive so u do need obviously food and other essentials. We were well aware of this and prepared.

Quiet Ocean Retreat

Great condo. Very spacious and comfortable. Directly on and facing the ocean. Our family really enjoyed our time there. Only downside was the early check out time made us feel rushed after such a relaxing stay

Property is nice but outdated, not a lot for little children under the age of 2 to 3 years old to do no water slides, no onsite restaurants. Location good for local restaurants, sovereign shopping, and beach access. Rooms nice and clean with plenty of room.

Wonderful stay!

This is our third summer to visit and stay at Sourhwind. Each year a larger condo and each has been so nice! Accessibility to beach and other fun areas is what makes this place a definite win. Will be back next summer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent as it has been every time we come. A few suggestions: The ceiling vent in the master bedroom is noisy and sounds like there is water dripping somewhere above it - this year however with the hurricane was unbelievably noisy that it could be heard throughout the condo. It kept us up all night - hopefully there is something that can be done with that vent. Additionally, the refrigerator motor is very noisy - the other appliances were replaced since last year (they are fabulous) but not the fridge and you might consider doing so. A comment for the building owners - the lounges at the pools are the same as were there when we first came 4 years ago and they really need to be replaced. Some are torn and worn and they are impossible to get out of - watch as people try to get up (particularly if you are a senior citizen). I know this sounds all negative and please DO NOT think that - WE LOVE suite 802 and appreciate EVERYTHING that the owners have been done to renovate it - EXCEPTIONAL BEYOND BELIEF!! WE WOULD GO NO WHERE ELSE. Just letting you know the things that we noticed.

We enjoyed our week. Condo is just as advertised. Owners and management have done an excellent job of setting up and maintaining this unit. Condo was exceptionally clean and had everything needed for a great stay.

Furniture was all comfortable, well equipped for cooking and had plenty of room for everyone to have their privacy when wanted. Views were beautiful and pools, lazy river and hot tubs were never so crowed you couldn't enjoy. Access to beach was great too. Only complaint would be complex needs new pool lounges for laying in the sun.

Great experience.

Pictures speak a thousand words and in this case, that was true. The property was top notch. Parking was a breeze. Check-in and Check-out was automated with a simple code to enter the rental. Will certainly book this property again.

We enjoyed our stay!

We had a total of 3 families (kids ages 15, 15, 12, 8) and it was very spacious and we had a great time! The indoor pool was great to have on the not so great weather days and access to the beach was super easy. The balcony was large enough that we could all be outside to enjoy the view. We enjoyed the location and would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Reviewer Comments: The condo and the view were beautiful and it suited our family reunion very well for my Mom's 80th birthday celebration.Everything was very well stocked for cooking, sleeping and for the beach. We did have a small issue with the main sliding patio door coming off the track, the DVD player was disconnected and we spent the last day in the dark (no fault of the condo)thanks to Hurricane Ian. So my only suggestion is to stock or suggest to guests visiting during Hurricane season to bring candles and or flashlights. :-)

There are 3 families with 2 kids each and we all try to stay together, which can make finding a large enough condo very difficult. This condo had a great layout and met our needs perfectly. It was exceptionally clean. The master bath was absolutely beautiful. The large balcony with access from the living room and two bedrooms was perfect. The beach access was so convenient. We also loved the pools and hot tubs. I have only a few recommendations. First, the room with the single queen bed would be much better if it had a swing king option so older kids wouldn’t have to share a bed. The shower head in the master suite feels like a pressure washer, not in a good way. The pressure was wonderful, but with that shower head, it felt like needles pelting me In the face. It was very difficult to shower kids in that room due to the intense pressure. Otherwise, no complaints! We had a wonderful time and plan to stay there again.
