ABOUT THE SPACE: Pier Watch Villa Unit 307 is an oceanfront condo next to the Cherry Grove Pier in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. It accommodates up to 20 guests with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There are three parking spaces available. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, oven, cookware, flatware, washer and dryer, pool, hot tub, balcony, and game room. Linens and Departure Maid Service Included.

Great location and property! There are no carts so plan on a way to move all of your stuff. With no on-site management, there were people smoking on the property and load music after hours. Not a big deal but was an annoyance. Overall a great stay!

This was the perfect spot for our extended family to enjoy a long weekend. Everyone had their own bathroom. Plus ceiling fans! So important at the beach! I loved the extra large frig/freezer combo. The living space was perfect for a large group and the games available were such a nice touch. We enjoyed walking down to the pier for lunch and watching the sunrise. I would definitely rent this unit again!

Kitchen had everything we needed except more paper towels or cloth hand towels would have been better . Beds were comfortable. Great sea view. The temperatures were just too chilly to enjoy much beach time. Kids loved pool table and video games. More garbage sacks are really needed especially in kitchen. Bathrooms were okay.Thank you

On the beach, close to restaurants and golf. Easy check in and very responsive to messages. This is our 2nd tome renting and we will be back.

Great Access to Beach, Groceries, and Shops

The location and cleanliness of the property, spaciousness inside, fully supplied kitchen with pot, pans, etc., 5 bathrooms, and king size beds in each room helped to make our stay most enjoyable. Our family, which comprised of 16 people, were very comfortable and never felt crowded. We would undoubtedly rent this property again.!! The pool table and game room were an added bonus!!

Relaxing Beach Getaway

The location is perfect. The house was clean & accurate and just as described. The condo was perfect and would highly recommend. Next time that I am in Myrtle Beach...I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Stay

We all enjoyed our stay the rooms were clean and looked just like the pictures online. The location is great easy to get to the stores and boardwalk. We really enjoyed having a hot tub and pool and maintenance was excellent also I can’t forget Julie for her excellent service she made finding the place and checking in so easy the service was great . We would recommend and come back again.

Excellent property!

We made a quick weekend trip to the beach for Christmas shows in December. We had grandparents and teenagers with us. The second level was perfect for the teenagers. They loved the pool table and the arcade game. We will visit this property again in the future.
