Great place to stay. Centrally located for ease in getting around!

This property and it's grounds were very inviting. Clean and well maintained grounds. Beautiful views out the window of the beach and sunsets. Don't be surprised by the amount of boat traffic. The area in front of the condo is a "highway" for boats moving to and from the gulf. It was fun to watch. The turn off for the resort is located right next to the causeway to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Makes for a quick trip to the island. There are several restaurants nearby and on the resort property. The Publix grocery store is a short 10 minutes away. If you are planning on cooking, note that the kitchen is well supplied but not with any cooking essentials such as spices, cooking spray, etc. that you will have to get on your own. Beds were very comfortable. We did not use the pool but it looked very nice! Thank you for a very lovely stay. On a side note, I was unable to find the lid for the blender and the toaster was not working properly.

Very nice condo

Clean interior with great view! Comfortable beds. Two nice bathrooms. Recently had knee surgery & second bathroom had shower easy for me to use. Great kitchen and large living room.

The place was beautiful, clean, and everything I expected.

Having never been to Fort Myers I didn’t realize the main attraction area was in the distance from where we stayed but we had rented a car beforehand so it was ok… the resort was immaculate. The pools close at sunset… the biggest and only downfall really.

Sanibel vacation

Property was very nice. Pool was great and the views were wonderful. We were there over July 4th and had perfect seats for the fireworks all around us. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful location

This was our first visit to Fort Myers, and this was a great location to stay. Short drive to many beaches, and the kids loved the pool.

Easy, fun family get-a-way

This property was perfect for the purpose of our trip - a low-stress trip spent splitting time between sand/waves and a toddler obsessed with the pool. This condo had a generous amount of chairs on its section of the private beach which provided full sun or shade. The beach itself was pretty well maintained, though, the condo next door (north tower?) had maintenance staff that raked it every morning unlike this condo. Full kitchen was sufficient to do some basic cooking....snack or lunch prep....and beverage storage, but as I often find with rentals, essentials were lacking including a wine opener....some plastic cups (I hate taking glass on to concrete balcony). Area was nice, easy drive from airport and there was a Costco on the way so we stocked up coming in. Condo itself and pool area had a decent amount of 'toys' like rafts, sand castle buckets, etc. though I am sure this varies. We stayed at the end of April and it was not crowded at all. Would certainly recommend this unit and this complex for an easy beach/pool vaca.

Perfect spring break

This was an ideal location. The unit was lovely. We appreciated that, for the most part, everyone wore masks in the indoor public areas and respected other COVID protocols. We will be back!

Lovely Area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo at Punta Rassa. The area is beautiful! The condo was well maintained and clean and the people are very friendly in the complex. It’s an added bonus having the Marriott resort next door. We also loved being right on the water where we could watch the boats and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets!
