Unlike other sites, the unit was EXACTLY as shown, if not nicer. CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!! The overhead rain forest shower head was pure heaven. Great location - maybe 2 blocks from the Unicentro mall - WHICH HAS AN EXITO SUPERMARKET!! Great eating within walking distance. Small communication issue - l was attempting to communicate with a member of the owner’s team no longer on staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great place to be Quiet the place is clean and nice modern check in easy and check out around mid day Is not located closer to a hwy that makes it mor neighborhood friendly Very strategic point for what you need The coffee shop in the lobby is great very friendly and great taste of the food Definitely recommend and we will be be back Carlos from Atlanta ga

Location, location, location.The apartment was cozy. Not too small but just right for my wife and I. The kitchen was well stocked with items, although we did purchase a couple of additional pieces to make our two months a little easier, since we like to cook.The apartment was close to bus lines, bars, restaurants, and a shopping mall that had a large-ish grocery store.The rooftop patio afforded spectacular views of the city and surrounding mountains.If you're noise sensitive, this could be a drawback for someone. The apartment is next to a church. Although the noise isn't particularly loud, it is quite regular. Services usually started around 8am each day. The building is only a few blocks away from a major road, so there can be traffic noise, but we didn't have too many issues with that and kept the windows open most of the time. The big kicker, though, is that the apartment isn't far off the departure end of the runway of the inner city airport (Olaya Herrera) and the turboprop planes begin their departures at just before 6am. For us, this wasn't too bad. It meant we didn't need that alarm clock and could get up with the sunrise and go. for the early morning run before shower and breakfast and off to Spanish class. I can see how this could be an issue for some, though.In the afternoons the street vendors would come around. If you like ripe fruit and avocados, this is an amazing treat. Just listen for the shouts of "Aguacate!"

L’appartement était super, avec tout ce qu’on avait besoin. Très propre. Petit balcon apprécié et très belle terrasse au 13ieme - idéale pour aller prendre l’apéro avec belle vue sur la ville.Les gens à l’accueil dans l’immeuble sont très gentils. Le quartier est très calme le soir.

Seamless

The apartment is well equipped, the staff are responsive, the bikes are well maintained and smooth, the location is perfect (delicious church empeñadas on Sunday mornings - right next door), a sweet cafe also next door, etc. Very helpful staff!

Easy, straightforward and helpful

The apartment is quiet, clean, well equipped and well cared for. The location was perfect for our needs, close to the university, restaurants, transportation and the church on the nearby corner (one of the oldest in Medellin) sells delicious empanadas on Sunday mornings! You will be greeted by their staff who orients you to the apartment and there is a 24 hour door-person to answer questions as well.

Perfect property for a nice getaway

This is a very nice one bedroom studio apartment. The apartment is very nicely decorated with everything you could ask for . The interior of the apartment is nicely trimmed out with nice oak wood décor. Perfect apartment is a nice safe neighborhood. There is a large central mall about a two minute walk away from the apartment. The staff was very helpful with helping me set up the password to the front door and wifi. I could of not picked a better location. Looking forward in staying in this property again. Thanks for everything.

Lindo lugar con muy buena ubicación.

Excelente ubicación, lindo apartamento, todo muy limpio. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesitas, tiene pequeñas cosas que lo hacen especial. Recomendado! Lo único que no me gustó fue la puerta del baño principal, la de la ducha, por que no cierra bien y se abre y pero del resto todo perfecto. Volvería a ese lugar. Recomendado
