Cozy Arecibo Beach House

Relax and unwind in this spacious and serene 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths home located in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, less than a 3 minute walk to the soft sandy beach, Playa Caza y Pesca (great for both surfers and families, overlooking the Arecibo Lighthouse). Complete with a private pool, gated entry, covered parking, and a beautiful second floor balcony overlooking the North Atlantic Ocean. Close to many delicious restaurants, shopping and activities, this Islote house is the perfect place to call home.

Four bedroom, three bathroom property with an upstairs, downstairs, and backyard. Downstairs has a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom while upstairs has a laundry area, workspace area, bathroom and three bedrooms. The backyard contains a pool, lounge area, and an additional bathroom.



Check out: Check out is at or before 11am Please make sure the lights, AC and any electronic devices are turned off when leaving the property. Also, please lock the windows and doors and return the keys. The guest must pay for any lost or unreturned keys.

No additional guests/house parties: Guest (s) agree that the premises shall not be occupied by the number of people of the reservation. If you break this rule, you will be forced to evict the property immediately without right to reimbursement.

Pets: Pets are not allowed in the property.

- - Smoking is not allowed inside the property. To smell like cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property carries a charge of $50 penalty.

Linens/towels: Linens and bath towels are included in the home. Bath towels should not be taken out of the unit. Please don't eat in bed and don't sit on the bed or the furniture with wet clothes.

Bathroom: Do not throw paper towels, tampons, or sanitary towels in the toilet. Please use the trash can instead. Unclogging of emergency unclogging will have an additional charge.

Damage: Guest shall pay for the repairs in case of any damage to the property.

Parking: Parking in the designated parking space.

Power Outages: If the guest experience any power outages that are beyond our control during the stay, no refund will be made for any refund due to the situation. Also, if the wifi service is interrupted for reasons beyond our control.

Pool: Please wash in the outside shower before entering the pool. Guests are responsible for any situation in the pool as there is no lifeguard service.
