We really enjoyed staying at this house. There were a few issues with the spa however the property manager was super responsive and we appreciated all he and his assistant did to make our stay great. Would definitely go back!

The house provided everything we needed for a perfect Thanksgiving with family. The double oven and two refrigerators really helped. I paid the added fee to heat to pool and it provided entertainment for hours. There was so much to do that no one wanted to leave the house for four days. Ric was easy to work with and answered questions quickly. I’d definitely choose this place again for a large group.

We had a wonderful stay. The outdoor spaces were amazing - pool, hot tub, koi pond, gazebo! The house was roomy and each bedroom had its own bathroom. Master bathroom has been nicely updated. Well equipped kitchen. Convenient location in nice cul de sac - quiet and private.

We had an absolutely phenomenal experience at this vacation rental! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The property is stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and equipped with every amenity we could possibly need. The location is ideal—close to local attractions, restaurants, and scenic spots, yet peaceful and private for a relaxing retreat. Absolutely gorgeous. Fully stocked. We had everything we needed from cooking utensils to toiletries. (The extra towels are in the hallway closet. We didn’t see them at first.) Ric, the property manager, was accommodating and responsive to any needs that came up. The pool guy (Jesus) was friendly and went out of his way to keep the pool clean and vacuumed. We had a sister-cousin retreat and we loved it!

Fantastic Place!!!

My girlfriends & I went for a girls trip to celebrate my lil sister's birthday. We could not have asked for a better house to rent. My sister was so surprised and the other ladies were blown away on how beautiful the house was. So spacious that each of us could find our own little nook to just relax if we wanted and not bother the others. We didn't even mind feeding the Koi Fish every morning. Ric was was very responsive and so easy to work with if I had any questions or if something came up. It was a great trip!! I will definitely be returning!

Nice house

Enjoyed a girls weekend at this house. We all appreciated the cleanliness. Since we didn't plan on eating out, it was a pleasant surprise to see how well stocked the kitchen was. Everyone said their bed was comfortable. The pool was great along with the outdoor seating options. The only recommendation we have is more seating in the "family room" near the kitchen. We all 4 fit on the couch, but it would have been nice to have another option to sprawl out on for movie night. Overall, no complaints & would definitely book another stay at this house.

It was sunny and hot we spent lots of time in the pool and air conditioning. We took turns cooking for 14, mostly bbq foods on a fantastic grill.This home is wonderfully laid out. Bedrooms are private with baths, all with big windows, and very quiet.The grounds are beautiful with plenty of seating and tables.Our group thought it was the best home yet!

Great vacation!

Loved staying here! Ric is great to deal with. Our family had a great time, the house had everything we needed and more. Lots of space indoor and outdoor, lots of outdoor furnishings to use, great BBQ and outdoor dining space. And the koi pond and waterfalls created the perfect outdoor environment! Had an issue with the hot tub but was taken care of quickly by Ric. Planning on staying here again. Thanks so much!

A wonderful stay with dear friends. House layout was perfect for our group. Outdoor space (including pool and hot tub) was amazing. The house is still lovely, but attention to some minor maintenance issues would be helpful. House manager, Ric, was very pleasant and accommodating as we settled in a bit ahead of schedule. Fortunately, no further assistance was needed during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Palm Springs and couldn't have enjoyed the backyard oasis more! It has tons of space (sun & shade), tables, patios, chairs, umbrellas, etc...Ric was a delight to work with. The home was spacious and comfortable. Very worth the price and we would consider going back again!

This is our 5th year staying at this house and it’s absolutely perfect. The house is clean, has everything we need, and the outdoor space is amazing! The house and yard are spacious where people can spread out if they want some alone time. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything you need.

Stunning outdoor space

Pool, hot tub, sauna, gazebo, bocci/corn hole, koi pond, orange/lemon trees. Watched bowl games from pool on outdoor tv. Sunrises from hot tub were amazing. Best Palm Spring vrbo we have stayed at- grocery/liquor store minutes away. Close to so many attractions. Kitchen well stocked. Many places to eat indoor annd out. Only negative is that the dishwasher didn’t clean dishes but so minor. Great place!

Amazing back yard, clean home!

Loved the back yard, the sauna, everything was SO clean, VERY comfortable beds - not the platform beds everyone had but a real bed in the master (which my back definitely appreciated lol). Appreciated the full size w/d too. As a family who spent a lot of time hiking we needed that. Ric was super responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this property.
