Close to lake Winnipesaukee for summer and winter activities. Lots of places to hike. Many
pick your own fresh produce farms near by. Close to many county fairs during fair season. And much more hope to see you soon.

Hosts live next door. Private non shared studio above detached garage. Garage not included in rental space.

No smoking allowed. Smoking any substance indoors will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

pets- dogs only. 1 dog large allowed for a fee. Dogs must be crated when left unattended. Must use dog run provided or on a leash no loose dogs. Guests responsible for cleaning up after dog pooper scooper provided. Guests will be responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by dogs.
