Not suitable for children under 7. There is Stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker & grill. Flushing toilet. We do ask you to limit water use, we provide paper & plastic dinnerware. Many activities nearby!

No animals (Health concern for cleaner)
No smoking.
Life jackets provided.
Heat and AC.
Canoe & kayaks come with rental.
May want to bring water shoes for the swimming area.

Tv for dvd, movies provided. It is also a smart tv which you can connect to your phone.

Check in anytime after 5:00 pm. Sorry no early check ins. Check out by 3:00 pm.

*NH lakes at times can test for high levels of bacteria, this doesn’t happen often but at times it does, same as rainy days at the lake. Unfortunately, it is a circumstance that is out of our control. No refunds will be given but if this happens, we know you will still enjoy our amazing camper and boating.
