Welcome to the biggest and best Sea Colony has to offer! This large, 5-bedroom home is located just across Coastal Highway, only a block from Sea Colony's private beach. Outfitted with everything you need to make cherished family memories, you'll enjoy plenty of room for everyone to spread out, porches and balconies galore, a fully-stocked kitchen, plenty of family-friendly games, a lounging loft on the top floor, a cozy den on the bottom floor, full size washer & dryer, an outdoor shower, and a spacious patio with a bbq grill.

Sea Colony is an award-winning Beach & Tennis Resort Community, featuring a half mile of private pristine beach, 12 pools (including beachfront & indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, community shuttle, playgrounds, basketball, walking and biking trails, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best US Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory; see bottom of listing for details.
All renters at Sea Colony are responsible for paying an Amenities Fee. This fee includes a recreation badge as well as up to two parking permits per unit. A minimum of three badges must be purchased to receive a second parking permit. Children 4 and under accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to amenities at no charge.

DELAWARE SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX
Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This new tax went into effect on January 1, 2025. The tax applies to all short-term rentals in Delaware, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo.

MISCELLANEOUS
Win-Le Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 16 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; and 4 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Win-Le also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) reusable/disposable dish cloth, (2) dishwasher pods, (2) laundry pods, (1) 2-in-1 travel size shampoo/conditioner, (1) mini bar soap, (2) 13gal kitchen trash bags, (2) 4gal bathroom/wastebasket trash bags, (1) tube travel size toothpaste, (1) travel size hand lotion, and (1) travel size hand sanitizer. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not charge guests for housekeeping. The owner of your rental property pays to have it cleaned before and after your arrival. Prompt departure at the end of your stay is vital in the scheduling of these cleanings.
The maximum occupancy is 16 people.
Parking: Sea Colony will only issue parking permit for 2 vehicles.
Exception: Rental units that accommodate and purchase 10 or more guests badges are eligible for a third parking permit, available for $50. This permit can only be issued by the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe and is valid only for parking in the large overflow lot located at the southwest corner of Route 1 and West Way Drive. Please note: the third pass is not available during the weeks before or after the July 4th holiday, does not guarantee a parking space, and is non-refundable.
No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.
Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from Win-Le Vacation Rentals is considered unlawful trespassing. We do not offer the ability to pay for early check-in or late check-out. Win-Le Vacation Rentals will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
