The house was nice and close to the beach. Great for the grandkids. Host was very good with communication.

We had a great time staying in this home. It has the perfect amount of bedrooms and having the second living room space was perfect for the kids. It’s a great location to walk to the beach as well as lovely walk to the bridge. The home was very clean only wish there was more seating in the main living room. We thoroughly loved our stay and would like to return!

Lots of steps in house as it is a 4 level townhome. Most amenities located in main fourth floor eat in kitchen. House is located right on main highway with cars all day/night long. Make sure to bring staples such as TP/PT. foil. salt/pepper etc. Noo linens /towels provided or detergents for laundry /kitchen unless left behind by others. Not every bedroom has a tv. Beach items provided however umbrellas broken A quick walk across main highway to private beach once access private gated community .Quick responses from host. Don’t order from Amazon as it takes days to deliver /gets put in inaccessible mailbox Can stream but with own accounts. No Live Tv channels available. Some sliding doors hard toopen/close House is big enough to support two families

Very clean. Modern. Nice to see updated appliances. Being directly on Coastal Highway, the traffic, did not bother us at all. Made it closer to the beach. The way the unit is set up it was very nice for like an in-law suite or guests with first floor having two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and small kitchenette. The main kitchen, living area and dining room on upper floor quite large. Would stay again.

We have been coming to Bethany Beach for years and this is our fifth year staying at the Villas. This was by far the cleanest property. The house was perfect and meet our needs to accommodate 6 adults and 6 young kids. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again!
