No drugs or smoking anywhere on the property
No overly loud noise or music between 10 PM and 8 AM = This house is only suitable for families and quiet retreats as it is in a very residential area.
No parties or events

Tenant in the upstairs studio is preparing for work very early in the morning, you might hear noises, but he just prepares his breakfast and leave for work.
Quiet Hours & Noise Policy

• Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring device (for noise levels only, no audio recording).
• Any violation of the quiet hours or excessive noise complaints will result in a $200 penalty fee.
