We had a great stay here. The condo had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the short walk to Flagler Ave. We will definitely stay here again!

This unit was very spacious, stocked and great view! The outdoor chairs could be replaced but being on the balcony they would probably suffer no matter what. Parking was perfect, walk to everything, elevators always available, heated pool thank you!! Brittany at front desk very helpful - Great Stay!!

Antiquated system of tracking cars in parking lot. You’re required to hang a paper from your rear view mirror instead of using technology like a QR code. My car was towed from the property parking lot because the paper had fallen off onto the floor. Security on site DID know it was being towed and did NOT bother to verify my plate with the registered license plate on file. The process of picking up the towed vehicle is very unsafe. 12 miles out of town, in the woods with no lights (11pm) but the tow truck headlights. Uber driver was not comfortable with it either. Property management response is it’s the HOA company that handles the parkingI would stay at this property again

Wonderful

The location is ideal, right on the beach. The facility has a private parking area and we had no issue finding a space each time. The unit was exactly as pictured - very clean, cute and comfortable. We loved the balcony that overlooked the beach and ocean. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location

Walking distance to everything and easy to communicate with property management. Only complaints is the master bedroom needs a new mattress, big dip in it very uncomfortable and back sliding doors needs a good cleaning. Overall had a great time. Hopefully when we come back there will be a new mattress. Thanks

Very disappointed in the property. The view was what we wanted but the unit was not what we have experienced in the past with vrbo. The bed in the primary bedroom was like sleeping in a hammock. The shower in the primary bathroom is the size of a cruise ship bathroom. There is only one closet for hanging clothes and only 7 hangers. This is a two bedroom but only one closet for hanging clothes. There is no storage because all of the closets are full. There is no cabinet space. The paper products are very limited and there is no trash bags. We were staying there for a week and we should have stayed in a hotel. There is no security and anyone can walk in off of the street and take the elevator to any of the floors. Parking is limited because people park in the parking lot and go to the beach. There are no tags in the window to show they are staying there but no one checks that. They just get out of their cars and go to the beach. There is no counter space in either of the bathrooms. There is a medicine cabinet in each bathroom but they are very small. The patio furniture is very cheap plastic chairs that probably costs 1.99. There are no umbrellas by the pool so you have no choice but to sit in the sun. The bedspead had stains on it when we arrived and one of the tv's did not work but the staff was very attentive on correcting those issues right away. The unit is close to Flagler which is a definite positive but all and all I would not recommend staying in this unit.
