Gorgeous brand new 5 bedrooms 5 baths modern compound in Silverlake Hills with swimming pool and views! The main 2-story house features an inviting open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the living room, a fully stocked kitchen with top of the line Thermador appliances, a large center island perfect for entertaining, high end finishes throughout, a huge wrap around terrace off the 2nd floor with views and a large grassy yard with gorgeous swimming pool, a BBQ grill and fire pit perfect for entertaining and relaxation. The separate Guest house is facing the pool area and has its own kitchen and full bath. All bedrooms & living areas are equipped with Smart flat screen TVs and Wi-Fi throughout. The Property is private & gated. Swimming pool can be heated at guests’ option for $125/day extra charge. Located within minutes to all the trendy Silver Lake restaurants, Dodgers Stadium, Griffith Park and a 10 minutes drive to Downtown LA.

Wonderful house, excellent hosts!

This property is stunning, spacious, and close by to a bunch of fun LA locations. The hosts are communicative and friendly. In all, an absolutely perfect combination that I can't recommend enough! :)

Silverlake Cosmopolitan

A beautiful property. A couple of glitches. The windows were dirty and streaked - which was a shame since much of the house is glass. The shower drain in the pool house was clogged and the pool house A/C was not working. My brother cleaned the drain himself - which was unpleasant. We notified the owner and he responded quickly and effectively on the AC; the people who cleaned the windows did a poor job

Silver lake bliss

There was plenty of room to accommodate our whole family and the host went above and beyond to provide us a crib when we discovered a bassinet had been provided in error.

Warning: This house is not well maintained and the owners will charge you for pre-existing damage. This is a nice house with very shady management. Pls spare yourself the stress of staying here. First of all, the house was filthy and in disrepair. There were 100s of dead bugs on a surface by the stairs, the garage door and opener was broken, keypad finicky, the front gates sometimes closed and sometimes didn’t. Additionally, there was sand on the floor upstairs, gross old fluids stuck on the walls and stairs, stains on the pool furniture, and old food on the pool furniture (old brown rice). Our impression was that this is a party house with a lot of wear and tear. The pool was nice and the house was big, so we were honestly going to let all this slide because we are not high maintenance and had a nice time for my 40th still with our small group of family and friends. Here is the crazy part. We had texted the host Saturday that a french door was broken. From the start it would not open, and the handle moved in all different crazy directions. You could even see it all scratched up in the picture I took, like someone had taken tools to it. The owner said "I do not know how that happened, sorry," but now charged us 1,700 from our security deposit! They have 0 proof it was working before us (it wasn't) but VRBO is siding with them anyway, saying it’s the owner’s decision. Now the owner threatening us if we give an honest review, explains the positive only reviews!

Super Convenient Location

Property is well-appointed and very convenient to Dodger Stadium, Universal, etc. We had 7 people staying at the property and there was more than enough space. Also, Vlad is very reponsive during your stay should you have any questions. 100% will return...and look forward to the pool area being completed!
