Gorgeous brand new 5 bedrooms 5 baths modern compound in Silverlake Hills with swimming pool and views! The main 2-story house features an inviting open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the living room, a fully stocked kitchen with top of the line Thermador appliances, a large center island perfect for entertaining, high end finishes throughout, a huge wrap around terrace off the 2nd floor with views and a large grassy yard with gorgeous swimming pool, a BBQ grill and fire pit perfect for entertaining and relaxation. The separate Guest house is facing the pool area and has its own kitchen and full bath. All bedrooms & living areas are equipped with Smart flat screen TVs and Wi-Fi throughout. The Property is private & gated. Swimming pool can be heated at guests’ option for $125/day extra charge. Located within minutes to all the trendy Silver Lake restaurants, Dodgers Stadium, Griffith Park and a 10 minutes drive to Downtown LA.

The house is in an excellent location. Plenty of room for being together, but space to spread out. The trees surrounding the house and pool are lovely and make for a quiet oasis.

The home was absolutely beautiful and the pictures in the ad described it well. The home was well stocked w towels, bedding and kitchen supplies. The Hosts even had games and floats for the pool. The decor was breathtaking and the hosts were readily available when needed. Home was very clean and well taken care of!

Wonderful house, excellent hosts!

This property is stunning, spacious, and close by to a bunch of fun LA locations. The hosts are communicative and friendly. In all, an absolutely perfect combination that I can't recommend enough! :)

Beautiful, secluded home - I didn't know that was possible in LA:). We've stayed in a lot of VRBOs over the years. This si the first where the photos did not do the size of the home justice. It is very large and very comfortable. We had 9 adults and there was more than enough space.It was kept quite clean - inside and out.The kitchen is nicely equipped. We love cooking together and we were not disappointed. There's plenty of room for team meal prep:)Beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of pillows and blankets - and everything was excellent quality! The bathrooms were spacious and we were blessed to see them equipped with a hair dryer! Nice:)The house is super accessible to get around town. It felt central to many things (I'm not an expert on LA, but it felt like everything was within 20-30 minutes.It was different having the kitchen and larger space on the second floor, but with the view, it makes sense.Having access to the garage was great. We easily fit three cars in the drive - you could probably fit 4, but it might take some creativity. It was too cool to enjoy the spa or pool, but that are both in great condition, very clean and very inviting. A few degrees warmer and we would have jumped in.The owner was very responsive and took care of our small requests immediately. If you're looking for plenty if space in downtown LA, you can't go wrong with this home!

There was plenty of room to accommodate our whole family and the host went above and beyond to provide us a crib when we discovered a bassinet had been provided in error.

Silverlake Cosmopolitan

A beautiful property. A couple of glitches. The windows were dirty and streaked - which was a shame since much of the house is glass. The shower drain in the pool house was clogged and the pool house A/C was not working. My brother cleaned the drain himself - which was unpleasant. We notified the owner and he responded quickly and effectively on the AC; the people who cleaned the windows did a poor job

Super Convenient Location

Property is well-appointed and very convenient to Dodger Stadium, Universal, etc. We had 7 people staying at the property and there was more than enough space. Also, Vlad is very reponsive during your stay should you have any questions. 100% will return...and look forward to the pool area being completed!
