This 2000 SF spacious 2 bedroom condo is located in a gated community, The Yacht Club at Turtle Cove Marina. The property is private & peaceful, featuring an amazing 5,000 square foot 3-level infinity pool & beautiful surrounding gardens. Guests have access to the entire grounds and pool. You can take a short walk & access the #1 rated Gracebay Beach. Another short walk you can dine at Baci, Sharkbite, and Mango Reef restaurants. This condo is centrally located on the island.
This unit is located on the third floor, accessible by stairs or elevator. It has a full kitchen with fridge, stove, and microwave. There is a coffee maker (Caffitaly brand), kettle, blender and toaster. It is stocked with flatware, glassware, and all linens. For the beach & pool there are towels, chairs, umbrella & coolers.
It features a master bedroom with ensuite and patio access. The second bedroom has a bathroom with shower outside the door.
Parking is on property.
