BLUE VIEWZ is a luxurious and spacious penthouse condo at The Yacht Club in Turtle Cove, Providenciales, offering stunning marina and ocean views that glow at sunset. This private 4th-floor retreat features three elegant bedrooms with ensuite baths, including a beautiful main suite with King bed, Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and a private balcony draped in bougainvillea. Bedroom two offers a King bed with ocean and pool views, while bedroom three includes a Queen bed, an ensuite bath, partial ocean views, and a private entrance.

With over 2,700 sq ft, the condo feels like a luxury home—fully air-conditioned, filled with natural light, and equipped with plush bedding for restful sleep. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked, and the balcony BBQ is perfect for grilling under the stars. A retractable awning provides shade for relaxing afternoons after the beach.

Guests enjoy access to The Yacht Club’s peaceful gated grounds, resort-style pool, shaded pergolas, tropical gardens, and marina views. Your stay includes beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, a beach wagon, towels, and over 15 board games for family fun. A private boat dock is available at an additional rate. Strictly non-smoking and no parties.

Turtle cove penthouse condo

The property was beautiful. The master bedroom had stunning views. We never closed the blinds at night. It was wonderful to have a bathroom with each bedroom. The kitchen had everything that was needed. The pool is very large and was not crowded. It was a wonderful, memorable vacation for our family!! We would love to return for another vacation.

We were very pleased with the property, one of the only places that is possibly nicer in person than the pictures. Unit is spacious and comfortable. Nice balcony for sunset or morning coffee. Several nice restaurants within walking distance. Felt safe. Beach is a short walk. Supplies like cooler and beach chair were ready to go. Support from local host was excellent. I could go on but suffice to say overall quite pleased and would go back for sure.

Perfection

Absolutely loved our stay. Hard to choose whether the views were better off the balcony overlooking the marina, or out the back overlooking the blue ocean and waves crashing on the distant reef! Top quality, spacious condo, plenty of room and privacy for each of the three couples. Loved that there was a beautiful lap pool. Short, interesting walk to the beach for great reef snorkeling and good place for sunset. Watersports available right at the marina, especially if you want to private charter. Fun restaurants and breakfast a short walk away. Though it was fun to visit busy Grace Bay, I was happy to come back to the quiet condo at night with just the right amount of activity. Would gladly stay there again.

Stunning view but disappointing comfort

The views from this property were absolutely stunning, and we truly enjoyed the scenery. That being said, several aspects of the stay put a damper on our experience. The lack of storage, towels, and linens was frustrating, making it difficult to settle in for the week. Additionally, the limitations throughout the home, including minimal closet space (especially for hanging dresses), made it feel like we were intruding in someone else’s space rather than staying in a rental designed for guests.Comfort was another issue—the beds were not comfortable, and the thermostat was locked, preventing us from adjusting the airflow at night. This made sleeping quite uncomfortable. While the location and views were wonderful, the overall setup of the home left a lot to be desired in terms of convenience and guest comfort.

Beautiful top floor condo on Turtle Cove Marina

We spent a family Christmas at this property. The condo is really spacious and nicely furnished. The overall condo complex is very nice; the large multi-level pool is beautiful. (Water was a little chilly but we got used to it.) It’s a short walk to beach, and also to various restaurants, coffee shop & bars in Turtle Cove. And being on the marina, you can book a snorkeling or sunset cruise steps from your condo. (Shout out to our sunset cruise on Sea Jay!). Back to the condo itself: the kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes and glassware you need, and plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, blender, etc. The balconies off the unit are spectacular — views of the marina on one side, and the ocean on the other. Our group of 6 dined on the balcony most nights. The property manager was friendly and responsive throughout the week. Unfortunately we had a couple complications—a cleaning crew mixup meant we couldn’t access our unit for several hours after check-in time. We used the time to grab groceries but it was a bit frustrating after a long day of travel. And during our stay, one of the shower handles and the kitchen sink disposal both broke. The property manager was responsive, apologetic and did what she could, but they couldn’t be fixed during our stay. Those were small things in the big picture but not what you expect when you pay a premium for a high-end place. Still, a lovely spot on TCI and would definitely consider staying again.
