Unparalleled views of False Creek, David Lam Park, and City Lights. Steps away from the Skytrain, Sea Wall, English Bay, short boat ride to Granville Island. Entirely modernized with gourmet kitchens, bathrooms, quality high-end finishings, and top-of-the-line appliances. Very well maintained, and best value in the heart of a quiet enclave in Yaletown. Easy walk/bike everywhere in downtown, steps away from public transit. Free garage parking, bike storage, gym, sauna, hot tub, and swimming pool.
We stayed for a month while apartment hunting in Vancouver. Convenient central location well maintained and with good views. Host was responsive and easy to deal with.

Yaletown getaway
First of all the location is great and the view is fabulous. Pretty much everything you could want is within a short walking distance of unit. When we arrived we were asked to meet the owner to get the keys at the front desk. That quickly turned into a crazy run around trying to explain the parking to us. She then questioned how many of us were staying and I said four per my reservation. She said I guess that is okay but gave me the feeling that she thought we were trying to get away with something. I was getting pretty uncomfortable by this time. She then left for a few minutes and came back with a bottle of hand soap and half a container of body wash and asked me to split the hand soap with a container already in the bathroom. Again kind of weird. The saddest part of it all is that the condo was listed as luxury but was anything but that. The furniture looked like something out of a frat house. There is a small couch and no chairs in the living area. A room with a desk and chair off the kitchen seemed woefully misplaced. The bedrooms basically had cheap mattresses on the floor. Plastic light fixture on the floor was the only lighting. One blackout blind was broken and couldn’t be opened. The second bedroom only had sheer curtains so you could not block the light but also no privacy. There were only three towels and bizarre Costco micro cloths for washing your face. The towels looked like they had been washed and then air dried but not in a good way. No luxury in sight
